It works for my PT Exercise needs
Needless to say, this strap is handy for exercises after Knee Replacements, and it's a STATIC Strap (doesn't stretch). I don't need the stretch component, so this is fit for my needs. Sturdy, has enough space to put over my foot easily, and I can grab and move according to the exercise.All in all, it is economical and I've also used it for doing the same exercises in the Pool (Aquatherapy), and it has lasted even with chlorine exposure (I rinse it out in the shower as I shower after exercising).So far, so good. No problems with any part of the strap itself.

Stretch string
Very Durable stretch string, light weight, flexible, with a good length. Good for your exercise every morning. Now you can get up and stretch with your stretch string!!

Works well
Purchased this product on the recommendation of my PT. Very impressed with quality, just like PT department and it is so easy to use. You can grip at multiple points and the durability is nice.

Really helpful for stretching
I just had knee surgery. This strap was extremely useful in helping me with my exercises. It was great for stretching and also enabled me to lift my leg with much less pain. As my knee got stronger I was able to use the strap less and less so that my leg muscles were doing more work. The one negative is that the material the strap is made of is a bit stiff and scratchy but the strap was so useful that I only took off one star for that.

It's A Strap; Not Much To Say
It's a strap...pretty basic product. It's purple, It's durable, it has loops along the length of it. It's inexpensive. Not rocket science!

Strong and versatile
I bought this upon the recommendation of my physical therapist to help stretch my hamstrings and it works perfectly. For one stretch the loop goes over my foot to my ankle then the other stretch it just goes over my foot. The loops go all the way up to use it at various lengths and it's made of a very sturdy non-stretchable cloth that will last for years.

Low cost, great value and perfect for stretching
The strap does exactly what it’s supposed to do and was a great price. I’ve been using it for 2 weeks and it works exactly like the one I use at my physical therapy appointments. It is good quality!

Perfect for yoga class!
Love the vibrant yellow color. Very sturdy and good thickness. The loops in the straps help your feet stay in spot and make great hand holds. Perfect for yoga class. Easy to care to class.
