This made aligning it with the car mount more challenging than necessary.2. **Protection Sleeve**: The winch did not come with a protection sleeve near the hook, an omission that I found disappointing as it can help prevent wear and tear on the cable.3. **Instructions**: The instructions provided were not as clear or detailed as they could be, making the installation process more complicated, especially for those who may be handling such equipment for the first time.An important tip for new users: ensure that the winch is well-grounded, and place a fuse in between the power source and the winch. I learned the hard way when the first fuse burned out due to insufficient grounding.Overall, the winch is a solid purchase, but be prepared to handle a few installation challenges. Really a great product. Definitely get this product. Pulled my 800 pound pressure washer up a very steep ramp onto my truck bed without missing a beat. It is simple to install, color coded. I ordered it and it arrived in 1.5 days. The customer service with them and amazon was amazing. Responded really fast and easy. This machine is amazing!!

Bought this winch pull my VWs and Porsches onto my car trailer. Its stronger that I thought it would be, I've puller tractors and full size cars onto my trailer. The wireless remote works great too.

A good witch for the price. A well built witch, an can see with planetary gears was much better built. An with the rope with this witch makes it quieter working..

The Winch seems to work perfect on testing, but with one catch,,,, the 2 remotes do absolutely nothing, and their internal Batteries check out good. On the Pendant it works perfect, so I need to get in touch with the manufacturer which seems to be the only option... Updated, the manufacturer is not responding, and seems to be a mystery,,, however, due to no word in 2 weeks, I searched the Amazon page for the item and was able to find in Micro sized print an area that said to set the remote, which mentioned holding both buttons for a period of 3, or more seconds to activate it,,, Great, since this important tidbit of information was NOT in the instructions,,, anywhere... Thanks, but in the end they do work, so 4 stars due to incomplete instructions that caused a massive amount of frustration that needn't have existed. The end. :)
