I have a used commercial Keurig that doesn't take the K-cups 1 or 2. So I ordered this product. Product shipped and arrived early. Was excited to get it and be able to use the coffee maker. It didn't work out as I had hoped.1. Filters are stacked inside each other making them difficult to remove/separate without ripping.2. It's also difficult to place the filter in the cup and make it stay with the spring-loaded bottom and shallow depth of the cup. Conclusion: I already have a used coffee maker. I should have used the money I spent on this and bought a used Keurig on FB Marketplace

A fantastic product as an alternative to K-cups
I received my order for the EZ-cup and the filters a few days ago and tried them immediately. They are terrific! I have several ground coffees that I had really enjoyed before we bought our Keurig that did not come in the K-cups, so I had purchased the one the cup that Keurig sells, but it was a hassle having to remove the K-cup holder piece in the Keurig each time to use it, not to mention having to carefully clean out the mesh cup each time and was it. the EZ-cup is so much easier....just pop a filter into the cup, fill it with coffee, cover it with the filter top, and pop the cover on it. It fits into the Keurig just like a regular K-cup and makes a wonderful cup of coffee. When done just open the cup and pop the filter in the garbage or compost! So easy and environmentally friendly besides!!! I am back to order 3-4 more cups so that I can make up a few in advance at the same time and put them in my K-cup holder with the rest of k-cups, so they are conveniently ready when I want a quick cup!

Works, but not awesome
This product works, but it is difficult to consistently produce the same cup of coffee each time. If you make the grounds too coarse (typical drip pot grind) the coffee is far too weak. If you make the grounds too fine and tightly packed you only end up with half your cup full and the coffee is very strong. The grind should be somewhere between espresso and drip coffee, and I have found that you should lightly pack the filter rather than leaving the coffee completely loose. The problem is that VERY small variations in packing and grind can cause a significant difference in the taste of the coffee. I have gotten pretty good at it, and 90% of the time I can make a good cup.Another trick is that you sort of have to hold the spring down while filling the filter. This is not hard, but I don't think it was an intended part of the process. In summary, with some practice, this is a good solution for brewing a cup of specialty coffee that doesn't come in K -Cups already, but I don't prefer it to the extra-bold K-Cups and the process is not consistent enough for me to completely switch to using the EZ-Cup all the time.

Effective, but awkward
I think I've tried every "loadable" cup made for Keurig. This one is among my favorites. The paper flap makes it awkward to load, but easy to dispose of by keeping the grounds from contacting the reusable surface. The used grounds slip out easily. This is especially true if you allow it to dry some after use by keeping a few cups in rotation. Other reusables are difficult to clean and create a small mess by holding grounds on the surface of the cup.If you're not concerned about waste, use the cup type with a filter and disposable plastic cup and lid (Simple Cup). It is the most convenient, can be loaded in advance and discarded after use.

Disappointed.
I already own a My K Cup, and I guess that's what I continue to use. I bought the EZ Cup with the hopes of brewing a stronger cup of coffee based on some of the reviews I read. I even followed the manufacture's recommendations which have been posted on other reviews that claimed they couldn't get a strong cup of coffee. I used a finer ground coffee. I don't pack it into the filter and don't fill it completely to the top. I even followed the advice of another reviewer who said you need put more grounds in the filter by lowering the springed bottom of the cup down. My coffee continues to come out extremely weak. I definitely get a stronger cup from the My K Cup. What a waste of money. I'll try to give it away to someone who likes weak coffee.

Great product(s)
I got a great deal on this combo.I bought this to make my own coffee with my new Keurig Mini. I like the paper filters better than the mesh, I don't get sediment at the bottom of the cup. They are very sturdy and easy to fill. I will say that I had to grind the beans on the finest setting on my grinder in order to get great tasting coffee. Also, clean up is simple, just pull out the filter and put in compost or trash. The plastic cup is great, when you close it the filter keeps is sealed, just pop it in the machine.

Makes slightly weak cofee, but works.
I'm not a coffee drinker, but my wife is. I usually make her a cup in the morning and she likes using the Dunkin' Doughnuts coffee grounds. The My K Cup is a pain in the backside (completely unsure why Keurig hasn't made a disposable option???). Anyway, this arrived yesterday and so far we've made 4 cups of coffee with it and it works fine. No leaks, drips, etc. Very easy to assemble. No muss, no fuss. The only drawback is that my wife says the coffee is a tad weaker than normal, but she still likes it.

Does not fit Keurig Mini
The item description should clearly state that this does not work in a Keurig Mini. I really wanted it to work because I want a refillable cup with a paper filter. It looks like it would be good for machines it fits.
