See my video for my main points but the stuff seems pretty heavy duty it's a lot thicker than some of the other speaker carpets I've dealt with which can be problematic if you're using spray adhesive like I was, if you're using rubber scene man or silicone or something it might be a little easier, but overall I will be ordering the stuff again.

This material is a good thick product. However, unlike the previous one I used from another vendor, this one is not designed for anything but a flat surface. It will not stretch and is a slightly slower at sticking when glued. Its a nice dark charcoal color and seems high quality and is easy to cut.

This isn't 3mm thick, it isn't even 2mm thick. It's 1mm thick at best. This isn't "carpet", this is cheap fabric underlayment. Buy something else, this is a waste of money. I am returning it as it was falsely advertised, but hopefully others won't waste their time and will just buy something else.

Despite the fact I am unhappy with the color “Charcoal” being BLACK and the carpet is packaged with different labels in different shape bags this carpet is superior to the homchek and other brand I ordered so I have come back and edited my review. As long as you understand both charcoal and black are going to be black.. with zero grey, then this is decent material.Good luck with your black carpeted projects.UPDATE: I am furious. After ordering 3 different non-woven fabric products to line my truck cap, I decided to use the bBox brand because it is noticeably more dense and therefore likely more substantial over time.UNFORTUNATELY: see my photos, I got two different packages (ordered 2 pieces) but after spraying glue and installing them edge-to-edge it is evident that the pieces are slightly DIFFERENT COLORS!This substandard product supplier ruined a thousand dollar project. LOOK AT MY PHOTO: You do not want to ruin your project. I do not recommend this bBoxBe very careful when ordering multiple pieces, before use, lay them out and make sure you've got the same product.
