Great for pancakes!
I love this egg replacement for pancakes I’ve been making. Also works well for muffins. No weird taste or smell, they taste and smell delicious… DID NOT like the other product that can act as real eggs or be used for certain baking things- it smelled and tasted horrible… couldn’t get past it. But seriously this “baking only” egg replacer does a way better job than flax or chia eggs in my opinion…at least for pancakes -I really love pancakes and maple syrup!

Worked great
I ordered this for a customer that doesn’t eat eggs. I used it to make a cake. It worked beautifully. It kept the cake from falling part and I didn’t taste it at all. The cake was a little bit more chewy but overall it’s a great substitute. Will be using for now on for this customer and other vegan cakes I make.

Won't buy a second time.
It didn't work well as egg substitute for baking keto brownies. Same brownie mix with eggbeaters was great. Maybe the powdered eggs would be sufficient for camping or as survival food type of use.

Not Perfect, but Works Pretty Well!
This egg replacement powder performs very well! It seems to yield slightly less moist results than a regular egg would so instead of just combining with water, I add a little oil as well and that seems to help. So far I have made sugar cookies and cake with it. The cookies came out a little more crumbly than I would've liked. I've tried several other egg substitute products but nothing is exactly like eggs so I don't expect perfection. The most important thing to me is the taste. I do not notice any off-putting taste when using this. Overall, this is a good option for an egg substitute. You have to play around with ratios and such with different recipes, but each time I make something with this it gets better. I am hoping to perfect some recipes for my mom who has alpha gal (can't have mammal products) and other special dietary needs.

Practice cake
Need a vegan/gluten free dessert. Did a practice run and it was perfect. Recipe called for 4 eggs and the replacement didn’t alter the cake in the least!

Nothing like it says.
Terrible product!! Beware you can't get a refund after ordering. This stuff is like cement! It does not do what it says. You have to add a lot more water to it then it says and definitely does not help in rise. I should of known with pea protein as ingredient. Taste is aweful too!!

Smells, tastes, and bakes like eggs.
I had thought that Vegg was the only eggless product available that baked well, but this one is great, too!

Perfect to eliminate eggs in recipes!
This is a product I will keep on hand. Have used it for baking muffins and cakes and didn’t notice any difference from using real eggs.
