The delivery carrier damaged the first one, Amazon sent another one right away and picked up the damaged fireplace. The 2nd one had some sort of electrical problem that we tried working on with the support team. They sent another one ASAP and picked up this one as well. Which is helpful since it wouldn’t have fit in my vehicle. 3rd time is a charm after good customer service and it looks very nice.

This electric fireplace looks nice, especially when turned on. It doesn't put out a ton of heat but enough to take the edge off in the basement family room. We were happy with the quality and impressed with how simple it was to install.

The media could not be loaded. We purchased 2 (yes 2!) 60" electric fireplaces and they are amazing! We have a double-sided fireplace that was not functional for real fires and debated on how finish these off. We found this product on Amazon, and for the price, we decided to try one at first. We wanted to be sure we liked the flame, wanted something realistic, and we wanted to make sure that the heat output was decent (one room is a 15x20 family room). We were impressed by not only the realistic looking flames, but by the heat output as well. We set the temperature to 70 and it heated up our family room very well, so well my husband was sweating. Once we knew we liked the fireplace, we immediately ordered the second one. For both sides, we had to build a frame around the existing openings, then finished it off with slate vinyl flooring. I included a before picture so you could see what we did. Also, we like the rectangular shape of this fireplace as opposed to the more square options. We had a large area to fill and this filled it in beautifully. If you are considering this option, I highly recommend it!!

I absolutely love this addition to my home. It was much larger than I expected (should have paid more attention) the fan is quiet and produces a nice amount of heat. Initially there is a smell when the heat is first turned on. It burns off after a while. There are a lot of options in regards to the flame color and intensity. I will buy a smaller one for my bedroom.
