I didn’t know anything about telescopes, but I’m really satisfied with this particular instrument as I use it to capture eagles in their nest, barges going up and down the Mississippi River, and for viewing long distances… I use it more for land based activities, and it has worked well so far. I would recommend this product.

Great telescope - my son loves being able to see the moons of Jupiter. The first telescope we received was defective, but after troubleshooting with them, they eventually replaced the telescope. there were significant delays but not everyone will replace a defective item. Plus the telescope now works perfectly

The media could not be loaded. Brand new to the world of astrophotography but always had an interest in astrology to begin with so this telescope was a perfect way to combine both. Did a few days of research based on my interests then was pleasantly surprised to get this as a gift from my father, thanks pop's!From the unboxing to the assembly (carefully on both I may add) took about an hour. Luckily we live in a part of the city with higher elevation for a great field of view for stargazing so all was set... then as a beginner with little to no experience besides child-like wonder about the darkness behind the darkness you get introduced to mother nature and the proper conditions to view the cosmos, not hard to pick up or understand just didn't add that part in to my equation during my research. After a few weeks of practice and patience this was my best picture of the moon and first video with a planetary camera. The overall quality of this telescope is quite impressive and exceeded my expectations. Just after a few days of use, understanding positioning and what angle to set the mount for the best stable view on top of remembering the importance to be comfortable, again exceeded my expectations as far as the ease of use and quality of the view I was getting. Happy to say after a month of time with this telescope I'm even more excited as I first was to continue to learn and grow with this telescope!The one and only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is according to the description of this package was it included a digital eyepiece which unfortunately wasn't in the box with the telescope. I emailed the email address the instructions advised me to but to no avail. Still love this telescope and looking forward to continuing this journey.

Gave this telescope as a gift for Christmas to my 8, 6 & 5 grandkids and it was a hit! Their Dad and the 3 little look at the stars at night and are having a great time. Looking forward to camping season to take it with them. Also downloaded the app and got help in locating different stars. The quality is very good.
