This saw set does a great job at cutting down tree limbs. It is easy to use, is not too heavy, the battery lasts a good while, it is a really good price and the service department is very helpful and easy to work with. I snapped the safety bezel off and they sent me a replacement right away. I also have ordered replacement chains and they are easy to install and work perfectly.

Works well, I have been able to cut up some hefty branches to clear trails, and trim those high branches. Battery life is very good. I have cut, Oak, Maple, and Pine with no issues. Only improvement would be to have it accept my “Other” 20 volt yellow batteries. However, it does recharge quickly. Very nice tool to have.

I purchased this to help me clean up my yard after hurricane Milton and wow, why have I waited so long. The weight, functionality and ease of use is great!This manufacturer can be used it with the dewalt 20v batteries, which is why i choose this manufacturer. The one battery that came with the mini chain saw lasted through my entire clean up.I also carry this in my jeep while offloading as it makes for easy trail clean up.Durable little chain saw and is a great value for the money.

The clamping device for full extension did not work well. Could only extent and lock in place about 3/4 of length.Update: The Customer Service shipped me a new device and it works great. The extension works, and holds fully extended. Nice design in fact it can be a hand tool as well as a up to 15' extension saw. Good for trimming branches, bushes and things like decorative grasses.

I bought this for my husband and it turned out to be the best gift ever. My husband has been like a kid in the candy store. Needless to say every tree in our yard that could be cut has been cut!!!!Great quality product and although the blade/chain was smaller than expected, it's been doing amazing things!

The telescoping pole is nice and easy having just 1 pole a very good design. Also saw being removable from pole and being able to use as hand held chain saw is also a great feature. The saw on the other hand had a trouble cutting. After some trial and error I found regular bar & chain oil made chips stick to sprocket I found using a lighter aerosol lubricant worked better. Customer Service did reach out to me about product so increased rating as they really care about customer satisfaction.

the safety button is impossible to reach with your hand properly on the handle I had to disable it to use it. the cheap plastic chain guard FELL OFF THE FIRST TIME I used it. It does cut quite well and the battery is adequate.

Ive only used it three times and It suddenly decides what it wants to do on its own. At first, it ran great and met all my needs in my yard, it cut pretty much everything i threw at it. Now, it only turns on or off when i disconnect the battery. And even then, it may or may not turn on when i put in the battery. Its a gamble. But when its on, it works great.Edit: The company reached out and offered to replace the saw. The new one came pretty fast and it works great with no issues so far. Its a great saw backed by great customer service!
