Great for repairing your favorite yard lighting fixtures.
I was able to repair several of my favorite yard light fixtures that I purchased. These are very nice fixtures that I have had for over 10 years. They have authentic glass globes and the lamp itself appears as a old time bulb. Thanks to PRETTYZOOM, I will be enjoying these lights hopefully for some time to come.

very bright, but very fragile.
The media could not be loaded. im using these for more diy projects and the only problem i had with them is they are very fragile. otherwise they worked well. i used them for diffusion thru 3d printed plastic and they looked very nice. i ran them 5v through a 100ohm resistor and they were plenty bright enough for that purpose.

Terrible quality
Extremely fragile, majority came broken, do not buy

Fragile and 1/8th are broken
The ones that are not broken are pergola. Had to use my bench power supply to test each one to find the ones that had intermittent connections. They are cheap so whatever.

No Voltage / Current specification given
Bought these for a DIY project and didn't look close enough at the product description - lists on here they take 120V AC.... No the frick they don't!No information on the actual current tor voltage requirements given.Saw a product on here which looked almost identical to this page, specs given are as 3V, 120mA.

Fun LED rods
These are fun little LED rods. They are NOT flexible, so don’t try, or they will break. They operate around 2.6 to 2.7V, and are quite bright even at just 10mA (which is what the settings are in my picture). I tested them up to 40mA, and they got quite bright, but I didn’t want to push past that since the seller doesn’t give any operating specifications. I’m subtracting 1 star for not including any specs, but overall they are pretty fun LED rods for those odd projects where you need just this sort of effect. I feel like you could use these to make a pseudo nixie tube for much lower cost and simpler engineering, especially if you also use some of the flexible ones sold separately. Overall, 4 stars.

These are 3VDC not 120VAC.
If the listing was correct and properly listed these as 3V, they'd be getting five stars, as they work well, they're bright, and have a decent enough color rendition. (Although there's no claimed CRI and I don't have the equipment to properly measure it.)However, these are being sold as 120V filaments -- which do, of course, exist. They're not that. And you're going to get a pretty nice pop as they explode if you run 120V through them. If you buy these to repair a 120V fixture, you're going to have a bad time of it.So, if you need 3V filaments and you stumbled across this listing, buy away! They're great for that. If you found this looking for 120V ones, look elsewhere.
