Said compatable with my printer but does not work because chip is not hp chip. Printer will not accept even with taking steps they said to do in their pamphlet.

I really am glad i bought this. Great print quality, amazing and sharp image and clear text. It was really easy to install, and feel very sturdy. I love that they’re not as expensive as other brands and have such a good value! Works just as good as brand name toners. I haven’t had any issues whatsoever with it being compatible or hard to use, all in all it’s an excellent buy!

These toner cartridges were said to work with an HP printer M183FW, and THEY DO NOT!!I have tried everything and watched multiple videos in order to get them to properly work with my printer, and no luck. One suggestion was to swap the chips between cartridges, but they are not even the same size! Unfortunately, I am also outside of my return period, so I am out the money it cost me to purchase them.Update - company reached out and refunded purchase price.
