It evenly coats. Foor wasn’t too bad and burned off after first fire in Woodstove. We’ve had 5 fires in the stove and still looks great!

I am not a spray paint expert but I do like this paint and use it for non-heat surfaces as well. It goes on smoothly and does not run or clump up. It dries to a slightly matt finish vs. glossy. I use it on wood and metal and I like that it adheres well and dries much more quickly than regular spray paint. I found this because my wood stove installer used this for final touch ups on a new black wood stove - and it has not peeled or come off so it is heat resistant.

Had a lot of trouble with the spray nozzles clogging even with a lot of shaking. Was able to clear one several times and complete the job but it was a pain.That said the stove looks great. The color between cans blends nicely and looks and feels like it will be durable. Tested it on another piece and works well.

Resprayed the metal on my ventless fireplace and the chain cover that is in front of the fire place. Sprayed nicely. Looks great. Didn’t run. Didn’t stink when using the fire place. Didn’t peel off when running the fire place. Very happy.

TThis spray works amazingly! I didn't like the tan, the fire made it look stained. So I found this, sprayed it on, looks clean and beautiful.

My fireplace frame got scratched taking the screem frame off, so this cleaned up those scratches. Looks great.
