How did I live without this?
I have only had this on for a few hours but I am already in love. It leaves your skin with this wonderful dewy finish and depending upon how you choose to apply, decides how much coverage you have. I chose to use the cushion applicator so that it would look natural and it was so easy to apply. It took me maybe two minutes to do my whole face. I then used blurring setting powder for my t-zone. Next I will try a brush and finish with the cushion applicator. This is very different from the only other cushion foundation I have tried. It is very firm with the colored foundation mixed with an essence and you end up with latte art and you can see the essence beading on top. I have a feeling this would last longer than your standard cushion foundation but I don't know for sure. Spf 50 is fantastic too! I am so glad I spent time researching the shades because I think 23w is the first light, not fair, shade. It is a great match though I do wish it was a little more neutral. My mother didn't know I had anything on and she commented on how great my skin looked so that is how natural it can look. No cakeiness at all. I love that I can look dewy or matte depending on what I want it to look like. I wish I knew which type of primer will look best with it but I look forwarding to playing with it. I don't know how I never heard of this before a week ago considering all the awards it has. And buying the refill is so worth it especially if you can get it during a prime sale!

Swipe, pat, finish UPDATE: Didn’t read ingredients closely, have to discontinue, am super sad
I stopped wearing foundation when I was 19 because I didn’t want to spend my youth covering up my skin. Isn’t youthful skin supposed to be so special? So I put on sunscreen and cheerfully let myself forget how to apply foundation. But now I’m 29. And I work in an old building with really bad regulation of temperature and humidity/dryness and god-knows-what in the HVAC system. So I’ve developed dry skin with some red patches (haven’t solved it yet—I’ve tried lots of moisturizers and I’m still looking for the one). Otherwise, I’m very pale and yellow in tone. At worst, I look sallow and gray-green.I got a cheap luminizing primer by ELF to pair with this while I wait for “nicer” stuff in the mail. I don’t have any concealer to wear underneath the foundation right now.My first attempt with this cushion was streaky. I saw one reviewer who said that they will use a foundation brush from now on to avoid streakiness. I didn’t want to. In fact, I decided to try cushion foundation specifically to avoid face brushes. Then I realized that I had put it on wrong. I had patted it across my face almost like I would do with a stippling brush, then swiped as if to blend. And I had just kept patting it. The makeup has a cooling effect, and patting it in feels too nice. It’s addicting. I think it can be easy to overdo i application by mistake. Even though the coverage is light, patting foundation over itself a few times will absolutely give a caked-on look. Swipe first.Next day, I tried again. I pressed the puff into the product, swiped it all over my face first, and then went back over with the puff to pat it down. It looked much better. My bathroom lights are very harsh, and I couldn’t find streaks of foundation on my face. I even applied foundation around and under my eyes, but, to me, the foundation looked fine. It had not settled into a wrinkle or unevenly crumbled in that area.I went back over a red patch a couple of times and got sufficient coverage for me. I didn’t have any concealer on underneath, but the redness was dulled down. I noticed a flakey patch where my nose meets the rest of my face. This foundation is not drying, but it is not moisturizing either. I wouldn’t say it made the flakey patch look any better or any worse. I made peace with it because I haven’t had a chance to pick up a serum or whatever the hell will fix me.Everything looks bad in my bathroom, so all I knew was that my application was even. I applied some brown powder and brighter white powder to account for foundation’s natural tendency to flatten out skin tone, then a cheek tint.I got out to my car to drive to work, and I was very surprised to see my face in the rear view mirror. It looked good! Like I said, I did not have concealer underneath—but the circles around my eyes were very improved, almost gone.I’ll update with how this wears after today, but I’m really pleased right now.EDIT: I noticed some irritation growing over the past few days and realized this has aloe in it. That stuff irritates my skin really badly. :( I assume my layers of primer (as I was experimenting heavily with primers) somewhat held it at bay. I’m bummed because this cushion was everythinggg. It looked better as the day wore on. Seriously perf. I am so sad.

Guess it depends on how you like your base
The coverage is good, the shade match is great, and with a primer and setting spray it'll last all day (at least for my 15hr days) with minimal rub off/ separating (mainly on my nose and my chin, but most make up does for me so could just be a me thing)But I find it to be to moisturizing/oil/glowy when I put it on by itself and don't use my mattifing sebrum soak or some kind of powder(which always looks cakey on me) so I mix it with different foundations that I have and that works but is more effort then I'd want for a quick compact make upI'm not a glow/dewy make up ghoul to begin with but I also feel it can look more oily than dewyOver all it's okay but for me not worth the effort to make it work for my face

Worked beautifully!
I was skeptical but decided to give this a try after watching a couple youtube reviews. I have only used it once but so far I am impressed! The product gave me great coverage and smells amazing. It really matched my skin well. I am fairly light complected but like my foundation to not wash me out or make me look super pale. This gave me the look I prefer when wearing a foundation. It looked really natural and not like I had a ton of foundation on. By the end of the night it still looked good. It did not feel heavy or look cakey. Curious to see how my skin looks with continued use. I have combination skin. Sometimes it is super dry and other times it can be oily. This felt like it worked well for both dry and oily skin. I applied with the recommendations and from the suggestions from the youtube videos I watched. I ordered the color vanilla 1N i think it was called. This is also my first Korean skincare/make up so I do not have anything to compare it to. If you are on the fence, I say give it a try! I wish I would have snapped a before and after pic. Cannot wait to wear it all week to work and see how it holds up. Will update my review later if necessary.
