Very sharp and great all-around kitchen knife. I use this thing outside a lot as we barbecue and cook quite a bit. I bought one for my son-in-law as well after getting mine.

Cheap, affordable, and gets the job done. It does feel nice and well balanced. The steel isn't too hard to sharpen with water stones. The handle is respectively built for a cheap knife of this style.

Just used this knife for the first time and it cut my small turkey beautifully. However, we hand washed it, put it in the drawer, and then saw the blade has discolored. I have similar knives that do not do that so I’m returning this one.

The knife is beautiful and comes in a sturdy sheath. It cuts through everything for which my husband has used it. We entertain a lot of family holidays, and this will be the go-to knife he uses. I'm sure he will get much use out of it. I bought one for a gift too!
