I love everything about the necklace and it does seem to be helping me, the bracelet while very pretty is just a bit too dainty for me. Overall a lovely set

I recently quit smoking. The fidget spinner feature is a bonus. Great for relaxing.

The media could not be loaded.  I've tested both items (bracelet + necklace) and then asked my family for additional testing (smoker + vape) - Here's my observations.Bracelet:🌸 The small tree bracelet compartment can hold a surprising amount of essential oil, and it does indeed emit a smell when warmed up by a hand/wrist. Noticable and portable scents are awesome!🌳 Beautiful design, easy screw-in cap. It falls off sometimes (happened once during wearing so far) but it's easy to spot & fix back up.👃The smell range is very tiny, you have to get it close to you. As if you're checking your wristwatch, you have to get your face near. The smell of cigarettes minimizes the range, while vape smell mixes in with the scent.✨ Adjustable size! Fit small wrists + adult wrist with no issue.🍶I've liked the additional pads added in. They're easy to lose! It's nice to have some extras.Necklace:✌️Works well as a fidget. Pieces move fluidly and it has a smooth surface. Very simple design.😙🎵 whistle - it makes no "sound" since I can just hear some air pass through. There's no actual "whistle" just soft shhhh like wind but quieter. It's hard to describe the exact sound - I tried to record it.🏅 Material seems sturdy. It didn't cause any allergic reactions, it's simply good surgical steel and nothing fake. It also isn't misshapen or anything. (However the inside edges of the key are a bit sharp. Edge smoothing is mostly on outer edges. I guess it's a bonus since it can cut a thread in emergency situations? 😂)🏋️It has good weight. Subjectively I've been told it's too heavy to wear, but for someone who wears necklaces more, it's simply noticable. Due to weight it does swing with your movement a bit.🗝️ Personally I like the design of a key! It's nice and slender, and really strong visually. However I have concerns about this necklace during sleep, as it might stab me, so I recommend taking it off during the night. Unfortunately, evenings are the time when smoking tends to take place and my family tends to fall asleep without noticing jewelery, so... 😔💸 Price for a set is typical for jewelry. You're getting two excellent pieces of antiallergic metal, done without blemish or bends, for $10 dollars each - combining into $20. The bracelet & necklace have smart design, have a hidden feature... really, it's a typical price for such accessories, especially if you're looking for something good and durable instead of cheaper one-offs.🚭 If you're willing to give up smoking with this, you have to have a strong will to do so... This is not medicine or therapy, so your own determination is your real "key" to quitting addiction. This is more like a memento, a present to inspire a change, an idle temporary replacement. In the case of my family smokers (20+ years) it doesn't help the issue, but instead gives a small boost of motivation.🧘This is, however, a great meditation tool and breathing measure. Again, you must remind yourself of it (not hard since key is a noticable weight of a necklace 👍✨) and keep a strong will, but it's there and it helps. I think I'll use this to even-out my own breaths and stay mindful.Final rating: 4/5!⭐💙✨(If I notice any issues or signs of metal quality decay, I'll update this review.)

I thought this idea was awesome! I got this to try out for myself, as I thought these tools would be helpful for patients of mine who are fighting food cravings. Also for myself for vaping and genera anxiety and ADHD.They come in a cute box, which makes it perfect for a gift.I like the metallic oil spill appearance of the jewelry. The bracelet is very cute and is something I'd wear normally. The necklace is a bit clunkier with a longer chain than what I'd normally wear, but it's still cute. The chain is large enough that I can just put it over my head and not worry about the clasp which is nice.If wearing to work, I put the key down my shirt as it's not a very professional looking necklace and for infection control the chain is too long anyway so best to hide it a bit.The size of the mute whistle is perfect though. Sometimes I just blow out, as if I am blowing a whistle. Other times I breath in and out, as if I am vaping it. Other times I do more of a breathing exercise with it.I love that it has not only the whistle, but it has the ball you can spin for fidgeting! It ia perfect to fidget with.The bracelet is my favorite though because it is cute, more my style, and because of the scent. I have been using lemon essential oil recently because I feel it gives me a bit of energy, but may try something more relaxing next like lavender. It is difficult for me to clasp it on though, so I don't wear it as often as I'd like just because I lack patience trying to put it on.

The instructions aren't super clear, and even with other instructions from other similar products, this one seems too restricting to work for the breathing exercises it's intended for.Nice fidget necklace otherwise though.

I thought I did the right thing a few years ago when I switched from smoking cigarettes to vaping. I have been hooked on vaping ever since, and now I'm trying to slow down / stop vaping all together for my health. I am hopeful that this product can help me. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, it seems to be made of pretty sturdy, quality material. On the necklace itself, I love the fact that you can fidget with different components of it, as well as use it to monitor your breathing, allowing you to take thoughtful breaths. The bracelet also seems to be made of sturdy, quality material. I love how it came with little pieces to put inside of the bracelet to put essential oils on. That can also help to ease anxiety and help with the process of quitting vaping! And, it comes with several replacements in case you lose it or it gets too dirty! I highly recommend this product as a calming, anti-anxiety support.

I have no desire to use essential oils, but I think the bracelet is really dainty and beautiful on its own. I have been wearing it daily. I really chose this set for the anxiety necklace, as trouble breathing is a big symptom of mine during a panic attack. I haven't had one since I got the necklace, but I will say that using it to breathe every once in a while is a good reminder to steady my breathing and center myself throughout the day. I don't love the necklace just due to the chunkiness, so I've been keeping it in my purse. All in all, a nice set, and would make a great gift.
