Worked to get over the funk fast!
Seriously one of the most amazing substances. I love how God makes sure that what we need to get healthy and stay healthy can be found in his creation! My family started getting the funk (stuffy nose, CONSTANT dry cough, sore throat) recently and I set to work making this home-made cold killer and it worked VERY well. My daughter refused to drink it, and she stayed sick for about 5 weeks. My husband and I drank about 2 cups each per day and we were better within 5 days. I highly recommend this honey as it was a vital ingredient that definitely aided in getting us better quick! It is not like normal honey - this was the first time we'd worked with or used manuka and it was more like a caramel than a honey - but the taste is still amazing and very similar to normal honey. I've included my recipe below if anyone is interested in using it too.1 tsp. manuka1 tsp apple cider vinegar2 t lemon juice1 tsp onion juice (or pulverized onion)1/8 tsp cayenne pepper1/16 tsp Celtic sea salt1 Cup water

Works well for home apothecary
Manuka honey is antibacterial and antimicrobial. Helps in healing wounds, burns and many others. Don't have to use much either. This stuff soothes and stops itching also. We use this for home health and for it's great taste also. Home apothecary uses is good.

Great cheap stuff
This stuff is great!it has antibacterial propertiesI bought this stuff because it was the cheapest on Amazon.But it's some good stuff.That's exactly what it is in the description.I bought a small bottle.

Tastes like medicine.
I was excited to get this and opened it up as soon as it came in. I have been on a honey kick trying honeys from different locations. And I wanted to try Manuka honey, but for the most part this stuff is crazy expensive. I am sure that different grades and different flower sources will make a difference in taste, but this one is not my idea of anything I would enjoy eating. I will try pairing it with other food items, but I have no idea what will work with this. Very strong flavor and an unpleasant long lasting after taste. I might just keep it for burns and such.
