Great alternative to wheat pasta
We really like this product. It’s organic and so easy to make. Boil the water, put in desired amount and just let it sit for about 5 minutes then drain. Healthy amount of fiber and protein. I find it’s easier to digest than whole wheat pasta. Fills us up and makes great leftovers. Price is good too.

great high protein gluten free option
This is one of my new favorite finds! I'm on a high protein lower carb diet and this is an amazing replacement for wheat pasta and far tastier than most gluten free options I've tried. It has a nice chew when cooked properly and I truly think it's delicious. It is expensive- but goes far and I don't eat it every night

Taste great, healthy alternative
The wife has made several noodle dishes that taste great. They are much healthier than flour, rice or egg based noodle. Price a bit high, so only 4 stars. If you are looking for a healthier noodle, this is a great alternative. They are a bit slow to soften, but also do not swell like flower-based noodles. Also, they do not over-soften, but rather keep that al-dente texture. So feel free to boil these with high heat to speed-up preparation time

Low-carb pasta is getting better and better.
I want a lower carb “pasta“ that’s closest to regular tasting pasta. You probably won’t find that, but you can come close. I don’t think these noodles have much flavor (which is good), maybe if you don’t put anything on them but it’s subtle and not strong. But the flavor is not bad. They cook quickly and they get fairly tender like regular spaghetti does. 8 ounces makes a lot, more like five servings to me, which is about one and a half ounces per serving. So one and a half ounces would be less than nine net carbs a serving. That’s a far cry from 30 and 40 in others. The dry noodles are rather fragile so you have to be careful pulling it out of the bag because they are very brittle. I like to snap mine into to make shorter strands for eating. I love that they don’t take long to cook as opposed to other low-carb pasta that takes 15 to 20 minutes. I wonder why other brands are more white and this one is more green. So I would recommend this to go in any dish, even just putting pesto and Parmesan over it would be good. Of course you’re gonna pay a whole lot more than the cheap pasta in the stores. But I think it’s worth it and I’ve seen other low-carb pastas that were much higher. So I recommend they have subscribe and save to boot.

Great pasta
This is great alternative to regular pasta if you are on a low carb diet or are a type 2 diabetic. Texture is different than regular noodles but with sauce its health and delicious. I have used for scampi, regular spaghetti sauce, and many other pasta recipes, even my picky husband enjoys eating this.
