First adjustable bed base we've ever had. I struggle with sinus (stuffy) issues and acid reflux and thought this could help. Just by raising it slightly, it seems to have helped with the acid reflux.The motor is super quiet and smooth. Assembly was opening it up, adding the legs and cords. Not much at all. Very heavy. I like having 12" clearance underneath my bed (now I can store more stuff under there!) Wireless remote control is awesome. Highly recommend! Thought the price was very reasonable.

Easy to put together. I was able to do it myself but it would have been much easier if I had another person (as suggested). There is almost no sound when raising and lowering. So far everything is great. I'm very happy with this purchase.Update: I have had this now for a couple months. I am still as happy as the day I got it. Absolutely no issues!

Been sleeping for over half year now, it works well with the adjustable frame and I’m so glad it really cools down the temperature so I don’t wake up in heat middle of the night anymore

UPDATE ON ADJUSTABLE BED FRAME FROM ILULUIILULU reached out after this review to discuss possible options for making the situation with the defective bed right. We decided a pickup and full refund was the best option. iLulu sent two guys in a moving truck to pick up the adjustable bed frame. I am now waiting on my full refund as discussed and will update again as soon as I receive it. Once I was able to speak with ilulu, they were glad to follow through with the arranged pickup that Amazon had scheduled.I have received a defective bed and can't get anyone to get in touch with or respond back to me. Emails, even if they go through are never responded to. Phone # & email(s) Amazon gave me will not even go through. I have a disability and thought this adjustable bed would aid in some relief from my fibromyalgia as I could adjust for my comfort. With the defect, it has been the cause of me now developing vertigo as one side of this bed at the head of it leans lower to the floor than the other side. And I feel as if I'm going to roll off onto the floor when lying in bed. And that is the side of the bed that I have to sleep on due to health issues. I feel this is money wasted and I hope the company will do the right thing and replace or refund. Very bad customer service!! Have never been able to reach anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Through my experience is what I'm basing my review on. Waste of money!!!! And I'm on a fixed income, but was trying to get something to help me rest better at night. Worse purchase I've ever made on Amazon. And Amazon hasn't been a big help either. All they can say is "it's too late for return", "return window closed"!! All a bunch of bull. Very Very dissatisfied!!!!!

This frame appears to be excellent - just what I was looking for!!! So far it is operating as advertised and expected,

Received the king bed frame, extremely heavy but got it set up. Setup was fairly easy. Motor worked for about five minutes then stopped working. Called customer support, customer support said they would send replacement parts and a technician. Got the replacement parts but no technician. Customer support now refusing to send technician. Attempted to put on the replacement parts but bed frame still isn't working. Customer service only option is to return and replace. I am confident this thing can be fixed but they don't want to send a technician now despite telling me they would. Just returned it so I don't have to deal with returning it and getting a new one since it was so big. Will not do business again with these folks.

Mom loves her new bed! Works perfectly so far and has been a wonderful help to mom.
