These are a great size (large) and very heavy duty. They have been absolutely perfect for proofing my pizza dough balls and for bread dough. Very simple to clean and expected to last a very long time. The lids are great and fit well, but tight enough to stay put and not too tight to prevent the dough from breathing. Highly recommended!

These bins are very sturdy and useful for their intended dough holding or for any number of other storage needs. We personally have one suspended under our quail cage to catch the droppings. 😅 Honestly a variable bin that is well-sized and well-made.

The materials are solid and I like using them - but they are not air tight and the lid is loose that's why I gave it only 4 starts. They wash up nicely etc.

Not too bulky and easy to store in cabinets when not in use. I would say this is a great purchase as the dough was easy to roll out after proofing in this box. Just be mindful when putting it in the fridge as it takes up some space.

Hans Grill 2-Piece BPA Free Plastic Dough Proofing Box works great for homemade pizza dough. The proofing box has made a difference in my homemade pizza dough; the rise is nice, dough doesn't stick to the box, and I am able to proof several dough balls at once. Would recommend.

This bundle was the best bang for the buck. The proofing boxes are very sturdy and well made. They hold 8 doughballs perfectly for my Gozney pizza oven.

We make homemade pizzas often with frozen dough. When pulling the dough out we spray the container with oil and set about 7/8 dough balls in. Leave it out for 3-4 hours and they’re good to go! Very easy to clean, spray with soap, quick scrub and rinse. We use these weekly!
