This is a great investment. The noise level is a 2.5 out 10. (2.5 as in low volume👍) It's pretty and not bulky

Convenient and Affordable Walking Pad!
I love this walking pad! It’s super convenient—perfect for walking while working or getting extra steps at home. Its compact design makes it easy to store and move.For the price, it’s a fantastic deal. The controls are simple, and the speed settings are great for adjusting to different paces. Works great and is quite
Love this, able to workout while working or just watching a walking program on the app. Only sound I hear is the belt when on, also put a yoga mat under it too.

Excellent customer service!
My wife has loved this walking pad. It was easy to set up and get running. After about 9 months it started to make a strange noise. I contacted the Deer Run customer service group. They had me send them a video so they could see and hear what was going on. It took no more than a few days and a few emails, they determined it couldn't be repaired and it was within the 12 month warranty period so they just shipped us a brand new one! The new one has been working well so far, I really appreciated how easy they made the process.

Very good for the price
I work a desk job and don’t get a lot of steps in most days so I bought this as something I can use while I’m working from home or just watching TV. The pad can go fast enough for a light jog which is nice and the remote came with an extra battery. Also very nice. The app isn’t really worth it, I downloaded it thinking I could use it as a secondary remote / fitness tracker but it’s more like a social media or way to gamify your work out. If you want to track estimated steps and other stats just use your smart watch (if you own one). Besides the start up beeping when you turn it on which is quite loud, the treadmill itself is pretty quiet. Overall, good for light cardio and functions very well for the price.

Broken
Received a message they would refund me once I gave them the order number. They keep copying and pasting the same exact message to me asking for the order number even though I provided it multiple times.Started making loud noises the 2nd time I used it. There is no option to speak with someone to resolve the issue. Do not order this

Great basic treadmill
What I wanted was a high quality treadmill, and I was happy with it. It's quieter than expected, and I like that it's by far the lightest weight of its competitors, which makes it easier to maneuver. I put it on a furniture slider so I can slide it onto the carpet under the stairs when not in use. I am happy with my purchase and would definitely buy again!

Good price and perfect weight capacity
This walking pad is exactly what I was looking for. The fact that the weight capacity was 300lbs clinched the deal for me. So far I have had no issues and looking forward to getting my steps in. It's well built and sturdy. If you have pets and experience a lot of shedding I suggest purchasing a walking pad cover. Customer service went above and beyond to answer my questions and settle any concerns. Would definitely recommend to others

Works good
I only use it when outside conditions are really bad. But it takes a bit of attention to stay on this fairly small surface. ( being used to walk ourside )

Compact and convenient
We ordered the Deer Run Treadmill through Amazon due to its Compact size and ease of storage. We were pleased that the treadmill arrived promptly, the day after placing the order. Great customer service. We were pleased with the weight capacity and enough stride room for my 6 Foot tall husband. The structure is very solid under your feet.We would recommend this treadmill on those factors.
