KEEPS YOU AWAKE! NO MATTER WHAT!!
HOOOLY CRAP. SportZAP!!!!!! Emphasis on the ZAP!!! 480 volts folks!!! NOT A FAD THIS is this first consumer available shock watch other than the Pavlok; and they did NOT fall short of it's delivery performance. Just at level 1, it makes your arm jump. 10 hurts, like-HEY! SLAP!!!! Right in the face. Zap on command, anti-fatigue with varying intervals of differing levels of shocks for an alotted amount of time. Up to ten! It even sets to 99 minutes of this insanity! Ideal for truckers and anyone who absolutely HAS to stay awake. -I'm BACK WITH AN UPDATEI have confirmed that the glass on the face is VERY tough 👌💪 Just don't treat it badly lol

Worth it.
Works amazing. I’ve always been a heavy sleeper and after 13 yrs of an alarm clock that wakes everyone in the house up except me, I decided to give this a try and make the wife happy. I put it at level 5 and that is more than enough to wake me up and I don’t need a snooze button.

Love it
Good...- Shocks me hard enough to remember that things exist other than my bed.- Great battery life and fast charging time (I never go to sleep scared about battery life).- Comfortable.- Simple functionality. It doesn't try and do anything fancier than it needs to.Bad...- Instructions are clearly written by someone who's second or third language is English, but you can figure out what's up with a bit of work.- No snooze function, but you can set multiple alarms so you can stagger the times. Either way, I would use this in conjunction with other alarms if you're a heavy sleeper.- Touch screen feels a bit clunky. It doesn't compromise the functionality, it's just not at the level of a smart phone in terms of how well programmed the screen movement is.

Cheaply made- going back. Too much $ for the quality
The shock function works. But it isn't Bluetooth connected and it's got no GPS. It's in military time only which confuses me! What is 14:30 again? 2:30 pm? I would love an option to have regular hourly time like we use here in the US. Also you have to set EVERYTHING in the watch and it's time consuming! I paid $85 with tax and I could buy another brand that starts with an"P" for not much more, and the shock function is better on that one and it lets you do a puzzle or jumping jacks to wake up and tracks your sleep and steps and works on our tooth so everything is done in an app. But those don't really have a watch face and I thought I wanted that but this takes a long time to set. The intensity doesn't increase and there is no GPS. I will spend an extra $40-50 and get the other brand I had (I lost it, it doesn't have GPS either lol). I would love if someone would make one of these with a watch face and gps that also lets you set it though an app. This is just too cheaply made, brhe strap is Velcro (ugh). Not worth nearly $90

Perfect for a masochist.
It hurts. If you have any idea of it feeling like a jolt of wakefulness, guess again. It wakes me like an alarm clock: I feel tired still and I just want to hit snooze, only this one also hurts. When worn on the outer wrist, like a typical watch, 1/10 stings, 2/10 stings harder, 3/10 jolts the nerves in the outer forearm in painful pinch, 4/10 is 3 but worse, and so on. 10/10 feels like it is burning my skin (and I'm familiar with electricity, it technically is. God forbid the alarm go off on 10 with minimal contact to the skin)When worn on the inner wrist 1/10 is a nice fuzzy contraction in the thumb, 2/10 is a painful contraction of the thumb, and it gets progressively more painful.I wish the electro pads were not both on the back of the watch, and instead, one on the back, and the other adjustable along the band.I'm going to keep it, but only cause of it's novelty, not because of it's usefulness. The brightness is fine with me, but there is no adjustment. The screen is difficult to use at first.

Does the job
It’s funny what they’ll sell to you now. Level 2 is uncomfortable (as it should be) I can’t imagine what level 9 is. Great if you need to wake up silently.
