Worth it.
Works amazing. I’ve always been a heavy sleeper and after 13 yrs of an alarm clock that wakes everyone in the house up except me, I decided to give this a try and make the wife happy. I put it at level 5 and that is more than enough to wake me up and I don’t need a snooze button.

KEEPS YOU AWAKE! NO MATTER WHAT!!
HOOOLY CRAP. SportZAP!!!!!! Emphasis on the ZAP!!! 480 volts folks!!! NOT A FAD THIS is this first consumer available shock watch other than the Pavlok; and they did NOT fall short of it's delivery performance. Just at level 1, it makes your arm jump. 10 hurts, like-HEY! SLAP!!!! Right in the face. Zap on command, anti-fatigue with varying intervals of differing levels of shocks for an alotted amount of time. Up to ten! It even sets to 99 minutes of this insanity! Ideal for truckers and anyone who absolutely HAS to stay awake.

Well...at least now I can wake up on time
I have had it for a few days. What I CAN say is that the shocks work. They consistently wake me up right on time. For the past year or so, I have REALLY struggled to wake up on time, and my roommate started complaining about all of my obnoxious alarms that I was sleeping through. After getting this, not only have I not disturbed his sleep, but I've also begun adjusting to my new sleep schedule. Waking up at 6:30 AM isn't easy, but with this watch, it's at least doable. The watch is NOT waterproof, which is fine. I only really wear it before bed. I do worry that the watch is cheaply made and is bound to fall apart within a few months of use, but we shall see. If that *does* end up being the case, I will be *very* disappointed.P.S. For the commenters that say the shocks are not strong enough: there are 13 strengths of shock that the watch can deliver. I use level 6, which is more than enough to rouse me. It is possible that some fraction of the watches sold are defective; however, I think it is possible that some commenters expect the watch to inflict pain, which this device will not. The shock feels like a weird snapping sensation (like snapping a rubber band against your skin, but less painful). It is enough to easily wake me up.

I can not get the alarm set to the desired time …Hope I can figure it out but may have to send it back not enough instructions…

Effective and Affordable Alarm Watch
This watch offers great value for its price and definitely deserves five stars. However, the "zap" might be too mild for very deep sleepers. This is purely my personal experience. I'd keep 'em if the "zap" was at least twice stronger.

Cheaply made- going back. Too much $ for the quality
The shock function works. But it isn't Bluetooth connected and it's got no GPS. It's in military time only which confuses me! What is 14:30 again? 2:30 pm? I would love an option to have regular hourly time like we use here in the US. Also you have to set EVERYTHING in the watch and it's time consuming! I paid $85 with tax and I could buy another brand that starts with an"P" for not much more, and the shock function is better on that one and it lets you do a puzzle or jumping jacks to wake up and tracks your sleep and steps and works on our tooth so everything is done in an app. But those don't really have a watch face and I thought I wanted that but this takes a long time to set. The intensity doesn't increase and there is no GPS. I will spend an extra $40-50 and get the other brand I had (I lost it, it doesn't have GPS either lol). I would love if someone would make one of these with a watch face and gps that also lets you set it though an app. This is just too cheaply made, brhe strap is Velcro (ugh). Not worth nearly $90

Okay!
I recently purchased this wearable electric shock alarm clock for my son. He mentioned that it was quite comfortable to wear while he slept, which was a relief since I was concerned about it bothering him during the night. However, when it came to waking him up, he found that the shock wasn’t very strong, and it didn’t effectively rouse him from sleep. On a positive note, the battery life on the device was impressive, lasting longer than I expected. Overall, it has some pros and cons, but I think we might need to look for a more powerful option to ensure he gets up on time.

Deep sleepers, it’s a must
Amazing product, especially if you have a hard time waking up really early.
