Great value, no regrets.
Super easy to install. Just go slow, read instructions first, read them again, then install. It's quiet, warm and cold when needed. Totally live this unit especially the price! I've owned mini split before, and thus far, works just as good as one i paid much more. I recommend this unit. Size and quality is also just as good as the more expensive unit i had prior residence. Energy efficiency is standard, but they have options for better which i wasn't concerned, price was true motivator for the purchase, surprised by the great quality.

Quiet and efficient
This is a great unit. It runs without noise and maintains temperature well. I cannot even tell it is running. The remote is easy to use.

Good unit, easy installation. I bought the 36000btu unit, installed in a 40x40 shop 11ft walls, batt insulation on the walls, spray foam 5/12 pitch roof. Left it on "eco" mode,46⁰f, during the winter. Even down to -6⁰f the shop stayed above 46⁰f without running constantly. All electric home, bills weren't significantly different from last year. Hopefully it will cool as well as it heats, very pleased so far.

They only sent 1 box
The manufacture only sent one box and never the second. We reached out to Amazon who sent a replacement unit very quickly. Once the replacement came it was also only the one box and the second one never came. We have this exact unit in our living room and wanted a matching one for our bedroom, this time around we were highly disappointed and frustrated by never receiving the two boxes that it was supposed to come with. Now we will have to return both bulky boxes and go with a different brand.

Supper quiet
Unit is easy to install and is verry quiet my unit is cooling at about 21 degrees if it hold up for the long run the 5 star will stay

AC works great
The AC works great not too sure how the heater will works, If someone knows please let me know. Easy to install. It does came in two different shipments few days a part. By the way the AC gas need to be filled after a month of used.

Make sure to watch the install video
The install is fairly simple and can be done with out assistance. I recommend you watch an installation video, and spend an extra 100$ on the vacuum pump and manifold. That takes the guess work out of tightening the lines. Additionally you will want the 30$ mounting bracket.
