This foam roller arrived promptly and is what it says it is. I purchased it to do exercises for jumper's knee or patellar tendonitis. I have been going for therapy but the therapist says I need to incorporate the exercises into my permanent exercise schedule to maintain the strength of quads. It is an adequate size (not the large size, enough to place both legs on it) and firmness and appears to be of good quality. Am happy with the purchase.

The FitNation Foam Roller is a good investment for a fair price. The roller is a good size for rolling the lower back to ease lower back pain. The surface material is a fit hard, but not uncomfortable. I think a softer, more forgiving material would be better, but that is the only improvement I can suggest.

I use this primarily on my back. It was recommended to me for middle back fatigue and because I work at a desk much of the day and have for many years. I have one of these at home and one in my office. I actually use this at least a few times a day. Weight training alone was not dealing with my middle back pain. Adding this did the trick. If you work at a desk a lot or have to bend forward a lot you need to work on your thoracic spine. After I roll on this, I place it in the center of my back and bend back over it to stretch my chest and exercise my spine. Using it as a roller though has been key in dealing with mid back pain/fatigue.

It’s firm. Great size to go all the way across my back. Works extremely well. I get ideas of different ways to roll from YouTube. No signs of cracking. Rolls extremely well. Thumbs up!

I would not ho as far as to say this is hogh density. I've been using a high density roller for years and this thing is mild at best. Also not a big fan of foam rollers in general however.
