Q: What should I do if the light does not work after connecting it?

Please check and adjust the connection to ensure that the lights are properly connected: Adjust the connection between the two lights to the correct position, and then press down to complete the connection.

Q: How do I adjust the brightness of the light?

The light can be controlled by a 0-10V dimmer for brightness adjustment. If you do not need to adjust the brightness, there is no need to install the 0-10V dimmer. Please note that our package does NOT come with a dimmer.

Q: How can I change the color temperature of the light?

There is a DIP switch on the back of the light, and you could select your desired color temperature (3000K, 4000K, 4500K, 5000K, and 6000K) by adjusting the position of the DIP switch.

Q: How many lights can be connected in a series at most?

When connecting these lights in a series, please do not connect more than 10 4ft lights.

Q: When connecting multiple lights in series, how should I handle the power cable and signal cable?

Only ONE power cable needs to be connected to the AC power, and only ONE signal cable needs to be connected to the dimming controller.
