It’s pretty small, I think you can do about 1 lb of wax at a time. The plastic feels thin, but the non-stick inside makes cleaning up a breeze. Heats up fairly quickly. Much easier to use than a double boiler

This wax warmer is very convenient to use. It holds plenty but doesn't take up a lot of space. I used it to make a small batch of soap and it worked perfectly. The 2 heat settings take the guesswork out of it and the wax melted evenly. I really love the easy pour spout too. It kept everything mess free. The bowl was very easy to clean afterwards also. It has non stick coating so it wipes right off. It's a great quality for a fraction of the price. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to make soap, candles, or anything else with wax.

I bought this kit for a family member, and when we went through everything, I was so excited for all the extras! You can do super fancy candles, and extra things. I've been putting off learning candle making for a while, and I love that this set has everything I need to get started. The size is perfect, and it melts the wax really well. Easy to clean and use. Just what I needed to get started. I love that it comes with everything I need.

I needed something in place of my tin wax pouring pot that I could control the temperature more easily. This is perfect! It fits enough for 2 medium candles at once, but only one large one (22oz, pictures above). It’s perfect for a small candle shop like mine. It’s easy to clean as you can disconnect the plug, and use some soap and hot water to clean it right out, no scrubbing needed. Thoroughly impressed with this little pot!

I got this along with a bunch of other candle making supplies to make candles for Christmas presents. I had never made candles before and granted my first attempts weren't great however this wax melting pot made the process really super easy and was easy to clean up as well. I really liked being able to pour directly from the pot instead of having to ladle out wax or something, which I feel like would have made a lot more of a mess. I don't have any other experiences with candle making tools or melting pots to compare to, but as a first time trying my hand at candle making this melting pot was really easy and simple to use and I will definitely be using it again. I would recommend getting some stirring sticks though if you plan to mix your scent directly into the pot. We got some wooden ones so as not to scratch up the nonstick coating and we just labeled the sticks with each scent so we don't accidentally mix scents. When you're done you can just wait for the leftover wax inside the pot to cool until it hardens and then gently scrape it out.

Have been wanting to start making my own candles and this is perfect accessory for that. Not ruining any of my own pots. Handle and spout makes it easy to pour into jars. Melts wax quickly. Easy to clean just run a paper towel with glue be gone to get rid of the wax residue.

I ordered this intended candle making device in May of 2024, then continued to make my candles the traditional double boiler method way. After having it safely stored inside of it's own box, & it's own original packaging, along with my candle making supplies: I plugged it in for the first time today, & absolutely no melting of my candle making wax occured; Nothing not in the slightest effects of melting; I realize after nearly a hour of attempting to allow this device to warm, become hot enough to melt my candle making wax--- it is a No. It's a dud; I must have received a defective device. I know better to always try out, & demonstrate a purchase immediately after receiving, this time I did not & it has caused waste, & counter productivity in my candle making anticipations. Not pleased.
