Excellent product
I recently got a Maxpro workout machine. I’ve been searching for workouts to do but couldn’t find what I needed. This is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend getting these cards.

Easy-to-understand illustrations with stretching muscles highlighted
This is a fabulous set of cards full of stretching exercises for the whole body – neck, torso, arms, legs. A lot of the stretches I already knew, but many more I hadn’t seen before. It was great to learn some new ones! Some of the stretches/exercises just use your own body weight/position, and others use props like walls, doorframes, sticks, poles, weight benches, and straps – it’s a nice variety. Some are standing, some sitting, and some lying on the floor. The illustrations are large and easy to understand exactly what position to be in or what movement to make for the stretch. The muscles that are being stretched are highlighted in a blue color. Some of the figures represent men and some women, but I think anyone could do any of the stretches. The back side of the card describes the illustration in words so it is really clear what to do. The top of the card (on both sides) names the stretch as well as the muscle stretched. Here are some examples of the stretches: Rotational lunge, squatting adductor, wrist flexors, reclining hip flexor, chest stretch, high knees, torso rotator, deltoids & triceps, sideways leg swing, cat/cow/sphinx/pigeon, leg-cross abductor, lying thoracic rotation, open rib cage, wall down dog, and star reach.I’ve gone through the whole deck and pulled out the stretches I want to focus on and created a stretch workout for myself. Each card is also numbered, so I can put them back in their original order, if needed. There are also some bonus cards that list out stretching routines to use for different sports, or blank routines I can fill out for myself with the number of the stretch. The cards feel just like playing cards, with a slick, matte finish, but they are a little bigger. They are 3.5” wide by 5” high and thin enough to be a little flexible. They aren’t laminated, per se, but they do seem to be made of a water-resistant, plastic-feeling material. I mistakenly got one wet, and it wiped right off without affecting the card or the printing. I’m loving these cards because it’s like having an entire book of stretches in a very small and usable format that I can rearrange in any order I want. I’m looking forward to getting more cards in this series.

Stability ball set
I love these cards and ordered many different packs. In the stability ball set pictures 7, 8, 16 and 19 do not show the ball. That's minus one star.

Give me ideas, I'm not creative enough on my own...!
These are "Gym Equipment" exercise cards. The first card is a calendar you can use dry-erase marker on to keep track of your consistency and the other side has a guide on it (how to use these cards) and on the other side has some motivational phrases.. The next one is "Goal" - asking "Where do you want to be?" Next up, there are exercises for:Chest & BicepsShoulders & TricepsLegs & GlutesBackAbs & CoreTotal Body3 "Create Your Own" CardsThese cards give you suggestions for sets and rest in between. Pretty nice, really. It also tells you what you're working on and why on the back of each of these cards.Next you'll have a card just for stretching, that will move you through a few warm-up exercises. After that, you're in the actual cards starting with card 1 and ending on card 50. So, the cards are numbered with the visual on the front and the name of what you're doing, and the name again on the back, the difficulty level, a visual about what you're working on (ie, total body visual), and written directions as well as how to hold your posture and how to make it harder if you want to.It's a lot of information, and really walks you through it. It's a great way to stay focused! These cards are really well-made. They are approximately the size of two average-sized playing cards laying side-by-side in height (so the width of two laying side-by-side high), and about the same width as one playing card laying sideways. They're slick as they are able to be written on in dry-erase marker, so they will slide off of one another if you are just trying to lay them down. The box for these is just like a typical playing card box.Overall these cards are really nice and well-made. They have a lot of information on them and give you direction on where to go with your workout(s). I think the price is GREAT for what you get here and the quality of the cards and information in them. They're also pretty sturdy if you ask me and should be fairly well sweat-proof, which is great for a gym. Highly recommend!

Amazing workout cards, possibly inaccurate times
These workout cards are such a good value for the money. They’re easy to hold and to read while you’re working out, and despite their “plasticky” feel, they’re actually writable! You can use pencil to create your own workouts or to track how many pounds you’re lifting on each individual card.I have a few gripes: the workout times feel inaccurate. With so many exercises per muscle group, you'll probably spend closer to an hour as opposed to the advertised 45 mins.I wish the cards were color coded. They’re VERY easy to confuse. The card material is solid and will withstand a few tumbles in the gym, but it’s sooo slippery. I can’t count how many times I’ve dropped cards without noticing because they keep slipping out of the deck.Lastly, I wish it came with an easy way to carry and organize them! Either a ring, a tiny binder, something. However, for the price and the value, I give these 4,5. You’ll get new workout ideas even if you’ve been lifting for years!!

Helpful for beginners or bored people
Love these cards! They're handy for planning a new routine or for travel. It's easy to ignore certain exercises that you either don't know about or just want to ignore because you don't like them.I like how the cards give new ideas and make you feel like you have a plan. They can be as easy as pulling a few or mapping out all your workouts.Planning to get some of the other fitness decks.
