Not working properly
One of them keeps turning on and off while wearing them. Plus they squeal very loudly when you get next to someone or something. They do sound better than other products that I have tried in the past so it’s really a shame that I am having these problems with them.

The Real Deal
Of all the amplifiers, in the ear buds and behind the ears I have tried over years, thus by far this is the best one for it price! I can hear sounds like clock ticking, a stomach grumbling and people talking down the hallway while inside my apartment. The sound is so unbelieveable clear, the case came fully charged, the buds only need 2 hours to charge and it pretty much last a full day (8 hours over a single charge). You really don't have to adjust the sounds, it automatically comes on after 6 seconds and you're ready to go. The design is awesome and fits inside the ears perfectly. It has a sensor touch design (no buttons) It is a hearing aid (not a bluetooth). I can put my hand over my ear and it won't squeal like the others do. It has S, M, and L ear molds, so you can choose which one works for you. It is very user friendly.

Too Loud!
They work, but it's very loud for me on the lowest setting. There's too much background noise in addition to the main voices you're hearing. I was looking for a subtle voice amplifier.

meh
Sound quality isn't very good, you get what you pay for I suppose. Fit, function, and battery life is all as advertised, but I'm not very pleased with how they sound.

Good value, but amplifies mostly mid frequencies.
Excellent design. Excellent ergonomics (responds to light touch for volume and power). Excellent sensible features. Very good sound quality with plenty of mid range. Very easy to use. Reasonably compact. Good rate of charge. The charging pod can be charged separately. The ear pieces can be recharged from the pod and last about 10 hours per charge. Takes about 1 hour to fully charge the hearing aid, and 2 hours to fully charge the pod. A fully charged pod is able to recharge the hearing aids 5-6 times. One BIG con: High frequencies are not amplified sufficiently, so that most of the amplification is mid-range. Most senior hearing loss effects high frequencies which define speech detail. In other words, it makes things louder, but not necessarily clearer.

HEARING AMPLIFIER
Definitely amplified the over 90% hearing loss in my left ear due to an existing brain tumour.I am now actually able to hear people when they speak to me in that ear instead of having to turn to my other ear when they're speaking. The colour, design, size and variety inner ear piece size options make wearing these hearing aids practically unnoticeable and very comfortable too.Although they still take some getting used to, these hearing aids are very easy to use and adjust with regard to the volume controls. A simple inconspicuous tap on it whenever a change of environment or speaker volume requires a sound adjustment. At no fault of the manufacturer/supplier, wind blowing into the hearing aid while driving with the window down or surrounding noises while watching television, poses discomfort.Although my hearing has not returned to "normal" and could not be expected to, these hearing aides are a much appreciated improvement to practically not hearing at all in my left ear.

Not Suitable for Petite Persons as they bulge out and fall out
Purchased for a family member who desperately wants to use these since they DO seem to work OK. However this person is very petite, thin and elderly so the sheer SIZE of the hearing aids is a problem. The pics show the aids inside the ear from the side view but we put them in and viewing from the front looking at some one's face, the hearing aids stick out at least 1/2" beyond the ears! We might could accept the aesthetic failure if only these would stay put in the ears! But they do not ~ they are so big and bulge out so much that they simply fall out of the ears when sitting watching TV or walking in a store. None of the various sized tips provided improve the situation. We do like how the volume is adjustable on each with just a tap.

Definitely not small
Absolutely terrible, not small at all they're huge the stick out of your ears you'll be better off getting ear buds
