No assembly needed just slide the foot rods in, adjust to height and jump in! This thing works and feels great! It’s very sturdy. Compact for storage. The wheels are super convenient if u need to shift in small spaces. Overall it’s perfect other than the pink lol I only wish this came in black. Luckily it'll be in my closet but still.Im just thankful to find a solid machine at a good price. The other types more commonly available look flimsy. This one holds your legs firmly and you dont have to hold anything to keep it there which is a huge bonus. It reminds me of the type they have at some gyms.So glad I found it!Time to get my middle split back! :DUpdate: I have to use my finger to unlatch the gear stop to get the lever back down for storage which is a small design flaw. Im used to it tho I just deal with it. Its WORKING my split is nearly back to where it was in such a short time! Ive been using it daily for about 3 weeks now. I take a moment to also lean back in the stretch for the hips as well. You have to keep your legs firm or it can add pressure to the knees so be careful about that. Im continually shifting around to stretch every muscle area. Excited to get back to a full side split!

Easy to set up and use right out of the box. Uncomplicated. Gradual use works really well to tone and stretch, very pilates like in some ways. Worth the price and satisfied with the results thus far! Easy and compact to use and put away under a bed easily.

Right out of the box, I was surprised how good the quality was. It was easy to assemble and the packaging was very good. Very good product for stretching. Impressed and recommended!

This little stretcher is surprisingly sturdy. The legs are adjustable for shorter or longer legs (usable for both children and adults). The ratchet is good and the metal is strong.My complaints are just a couple:The seat needs to have a sturdy back on it and when you need to store it, it needs to have a feature to lock the legs from swinging out. I had to strap the legs together so they won't swing out when I store it standing up.

This little device is pretty awesome, folds up easily, quick to assemble and gives and amazing stretch. I've been using it at night on and off for 5-10 minutes+ at a time to increase my flexibility & if you lean back while using it you will get a really nice deep hip stretch.Well worth the price, especially if you can catch it onsale.The little ratcheting mechanism works extremely well also to continually help you increase your stretch

Does the job and really easy to assemble, I have been using it for 3 weeks, haven't seen some improvements tho so Idk if there's a ways to use it, it would have been great if it came with a lil book with some exercises ideas !

This little leg stretcher is just what I was looking for to maintain flexibility. It's so compact yet very sturdy and solid! I was skeptical because of the color but I was totally surprised by it. It stores away so easily without taking lots of room like other huge leg stretching machines. This leg stretcher is amazing and definetly recommend it to anyone who wants to get flexible again.

I love it. However, I wish that it wasn’t pink though because I’m a man. Pink is not a masculine colour and there’s stigma attached to this colour if men wear or use anything with that colour. Make it a neutral colour like black or white. It would sell more
