Seriously, this thing is BRIGHT. I'm not sure of the sellers stats they list but this is by far the brightest flashlight i've ever seen. I would be best to compare it against a newer cars LED high beam light.It's got a little heft but not overly heavy, solid feeling. The edges of the light extend past the outer edge of the bulb so glad to see they thought to help protect the lease as much as possible.The zoom in/out feature is awesome. Lets you really get the amount of light you need. Pair this with the dimming feature and you can adjust everything to your liking. If you have it on and hold the power button it slowly dims to a very reasonable dim (none-blinding) light that you could comfortably walk around outside with and extend the battery life.The different settings are slightly annoying on how you turn them on though. So if you turn the light on then press the button again soon after it automatically goes through the bright, dim, then flash modes. I kind of wish they were separate buttons but if it's on for a little while then it just turns off when you hit the button again.I really like how it shows you the percentage of battery remaining. very handy.The emergency charging option is also a good idea. Not exactly a huge battery but depending on your needs it could come in handy. I don't think i'd go out with the plan of using it to charge my phone but nice to know it can.I have a plethora of 18650 batteries so the adapter they provided is very welcome. The battery it ships with (26650) is a beefier battery but I don't have any others to bring along for spares on trips.It does include a USB A to USB C charge cable but it charges just fine on my other USB C cables.I don't see a way to change the LED bulb so its either not replaceable or not obvious.Overall this is NICE!

Review is for jiaao Rechargeable Flashlight 1000LM High Lumens LED Flashlight with 5 Modes...I am a vine reviewer that likes flashlights, so I can review this for you without you having to buy it, just to see how "bright" it is.Having said that......this flashlight, as far as lumens go, in my estimation comparing it to other lights, it seems the 1000 lumens is about right. Now keep in mind I don't have a lumen meter I can use, but I appreciate the honesty of the seller and they are not trying to convince you that this is a million lumen flashlight. 1000 lumens is not weak for a flashlight.This flashlight has features I really like such as:- being able to charge the battery while in the flashlight. Not optimal, since I use external chargers, but if you are in a pinch, or don't have an external battery charger, allows you to charge the flashlight.- standard modes such as high, low, strobe, S.O.S for emergencies but the best feature that I have never seen on a flashlights is the "press and hold" to either dim the light or increase the brightness! This is a great feature, since these type of flashlights are SO BRIGHT, in typical use for a power outtage, they are far too bright for normal around the house use. With the dimming feature you can dim the light to your use case.- zoom function. Nice to have, and you really notice it missing when you use a flashlight without it. Great for when you need it.- can be used, stood on its end for a area light. This is really a very cool feature. What you do is to zoom the flashlight, this opens the side covers, allowing light through, as in the picture, so you can dim the flashlight to a low setting, then use it for an area light.- the flashlight has colored markings on it, that actually are glow in the dark, so they charge up when in use, and when you turn the light off, they do let off some glow....nice touch.- battery included is a 26650 "big boy" battery, which should last a long time in use- can use this to charge other devices...nice to have in a pinchThis has useful features that you can use such as the dimming feature and the area light feature. This puts this flashlight as far as extra features that you will probably use over other lights of this same type.As I write this there is a 20% off coupon, and with that discount, this is a good value in my opinion.Keep in mind these type flashlights usually won't stay on full brightness for a long time, and will dim a bit to keep the heat down and prolong battery use.I usually have a lower brightness flashlight for in the house use, but with the dimming feature on this light, you don't need that, and can make use of this feature in the house, then use it outside at full brightness for maximum distance and lighting. If you have a choice between two flashlights, with basically the same standard features, I would go for this one.

This is officially the brightest flashlight I've ever owned. And it's not even close! Good grief! Don't look directly at it cause it's like looking into the sun! And in addition to the insane brightness, this flashlight comes with a ton of features that help justify the $40 current price tag. This flashlight can be charged via a USB plug in or by battery power. It has a digital battery readout. It has multiple levels of brightness or dimming. It can be used as a strobe or SOS signal. It can change from spotlight to floodlight settings. And it can be used to reverse charge your phone as well. It seems to be very well made and since it's waterproof, it makes it perfect for taking camping, having with you if you get stranded on the side of the road on a rainy night with a flat tire, or when the lights go out after a bad storm. Every home should have one of these on hand. Great product!

I ordered this light especially for a pack i carry other electronic appliances in. I did this because this is a very well built and solidly engineered light. It features adjustable beam that is a feature, when done right I really appreciate in an LED flashlight. This light happens to come with a high capacity battery and has a really effective power block feature. So much so that I literally keep the light in the front compartment of the pack and charge my GPS, camera and smart phone as they need it during the day right from the light. I recharge the light at the end of the day and though this is an extremely bright flashlight. I choose to use it daily as a power source and have it available should I need the light in an emergency.
