I recently purchased the 3 wheel rollator to use for a trip. I also own a traditional 4 wheel rollator also which I like but I wanted something easier to transport in a car or maneuver in tighter spaces. I use the rollator because of chronic back pain, holding on to a shopping cart or rollator takes the pressure off my back. I don't have significant balance problems, so I don't have any issues with the 3 wheeler being less steady. It is very lightweight and much less cumbersome than the traditional style. The price for this item was very reasonable in my opinion. It is simple to collapse to transport it and weighs much less than other rollator. If you are someone that needs absolute steadiness, this might not be the best choice for you. I haven't used it with the basket or tray yet. The pouch is big enough to hold my purse and a smaller package.

This rollator is nicely designed. LOVE the basket and tray and it's lightweight. Unfortunately my Mom is very weak, so we had to send it back for something sturdier.

I have been trying to get a replacement or refund for a manufacturing defect. The locking brakes do not work The front wheel wobbles, the product is unstable. I called Healthline and they told me to go to a bikes shop. the bike shop said the brakes were fine but the left handle would not lock due to a defect in the plastic loop lock. Where do I get some satisfaction for me and my disabled daughter. The Healthline representative Boris was not very pleasant or helpful.I would NOT recommend this company or equipment to anyone.

I was having to load and unload my bigger walker with a seat that was so heavy and difficult. I keep this light and nimble walker in my car for errands or eating out. It probably wouldn't work out for me 24/7 because it isn't as sturdy as my regular walker in my case. I weigh 286 lbs but it can handle me just fine for outings. Very satisfied.

I am truly disappointed in what appears to be a quality control issue for this device. I have ordered two and returned both. The first had a front wheel that canted so badly on turns it would not remain upright. The second the front wheel wobbled to the extent it difficult to control. I did like its light and portability but considered it unsafe to use.
