I bought the LUXRITE A19 LED Bulbs (60W Equivalent, 2700K Warm White, 800 Lumens, Dimmable, Enclosed Fixture Rated, and all the other technical specs they could squeeze into the name HAHAHA) I have to say, these little guys seem to be serious overachievers. They’re brighter and more consistent than the bulbs I’ve picked up at Home Depot and other big box stores, not a single one (of the 4 I have in service) has flickered or acted up as 6 months of use.Now, I’ve heard that LED bulbs can get a little moody with voltage changes and dimmer switches, but so far, these bulbs are the least dramatic lights I’ve ever owned. They just showed up, turned on, and do their job without any of the flickering fits you sometimes get with LEDs intent on providing users with a free seizure. It’s like hiring someone who comes with references and actually lives up to them...again so far, so good! One final note, would be their cost, they are an excellent value, especially for their current performance. A similar 8 pack of the "Ecosmart" bulbs from Home Depot, maybe cheaper, but that has reflected in their lack of performance.

These are great lights - The exact natural white light I wanted. No yellow (2700K) and no blue (4000K). Just pure white light. There are two caveats. One is the base does get very hot, probably not enough to burn you but they are uncomfortably hot. The second is that the design only allows light out of the wide part of the bulb. They look great in down-facing fixtures like bathroom vanities but don't look as good in up-facing holders like chandeliers since there is a dark space under the light. Overall they are a good value for the money.

I was trying to mach the dimable Phillips bulbs I had to replace one that burnt out. Not even close to match even though they were the same spces and make. So, I bought 6 new Phillip bulbs and they wouldn't dim low without some flickering, returned them. I then purchased 6 new LUXRITE dimable bulbs. Big difference, much brighter and no flickering when dimming. Just wish they dimmed a bit more before shutting down, but so far they're working fine.

Love these bulbs! I got the daylight 5000K and they are the perfect color and brightness. Love that they are for enclosed fixtures and damp areas.There was a problem though, but I will not lower the star rating to the seller for this problem. I will go straight to the source which is shipment made by Amazon. I will be contacting them for sure. OK, these are light bulbs, breakable, should be packed well, in a box with packing material, right?. NOT THE CASE here, the bulbs were in an envelope (not even bubble envelope) a plain thin water-proof envelope! It was put on my porch and was totally ripped off and the boxes that contained the bulbs were crushed. I put one bulb in my kitchen and it seems to be working. Come on Amazon! you can do better than this!!! This probably shortened the life of the bulbs, even if they all work. Oh! You know those little pictures they take of your packages on the porch? Well, there wasn't one taken of this shipment. Guess it doesn't take any guessing to know why!I hope the seller sees this, I really do.
