Excellent left- and right-handed ergonomic canes
These are fantastic canes, imo. When you use a cane not just for balance but to help support your body weight because one leg or hip is too damaged or arthritic to fulfill that function, you necessarily put a LOT of weight on the cane, which eventually makes your hand ache. But these cane grips are ergonomic and so well shaped that they relieve some of the pressure. I've just had one hip replacement surgery and am awaiting surgery on the other, so I have two canes now --one left, one right. They're not the most inexpensive canes on Amazon but they're certainly worth the extra few dollars because they aew SO much more comfortable to use.My only (rather silly) "complaint" is they only come in black. If there'd been color choices, I would have picked two different colors -- so I could grab the L or R cane at a glance. I'm a happy customer.

The cane
I Really liked the design and most of all the handle. It is so comfortable on my hand. Also, the height adjustment. So easy to use. The price is reasonable for such a quality cane.

Very lightweight. I like the grip.
I have fairly large hands (glove size large) and it feels just slightly smaller than I would like. If you have larger hands I cannot recommend it for you.The grip is nice. It allows me to use my weight on my palm rather than relying on grip strength to support myself like a regular cane. I included photos so you can see how my hand fits on it.The strap that came with it tore within a week. (the elastic part that goes around the cane). Overall I like it and will buy another when this one wears out. I have had it for about 9 months now and my opinion is positive.I was able to transition from forearm crutches to this because of the ability to support myself with my palm. It allows me to feel stable. The rubber tip is fairly firm, though. Wish it were a grippier rubber. I saw other reviews that said they had the tube punch through the tip. I have not had that happen.

Great cane if you have wrist pain
I have a condition that affects my joints so I need a way to stabilize myself while walking that is also easy on my hands. I have a rollator which I preferred to use over my old, traditional handled cane. Using a cane with a regular handle caused so much wrist and hand pain for me. I tried building up the handle with foam and holding it differently but the traditional handle made using my cane so painful. I decided to try this one out after reading a review where someone said this cane felt like an extension of their body. I totally agree! I absolutely love this cane. It doesn't cause pain for me to use and it just feels nicer and actually sturdier. I also think it looks classy. On its own it is also very lightweight which helps my hand pain. I tried using it with a quad tip but that made it too heavy. The tip of this cane is standard though so you can easily switch it out for a different tip if you want. This cane totally changed my experience of canes and I think will help my mobility issues because I can finally walk without causing hand pain. I was able to adjust it to the perfect height and it is silent as long as you properly tighten the sections. Definitely would recommend for long term cane users or anyone with hand pain.

This Cane Shortens to 23 Inches For Packing and Has A Velvety Soft Rubberized Handle.
As I said in the title the cane shortens to 23 inches. I have severe medial knee osteoarthritis in my right knee. I go to the gym frequently and work my legs out as well as other fitness activities. (It helps arthritis....really! I do it as a continuation of physical therapy!) I carry a cane in my gym bag should I feel the need to use one and this fits perfectly. All the canes that I use have this palm style handle as the tourist style cane handle can aggravate carpal tunnel syndrome if used frequently. The handle on this cane is similar to my fancier canes that cost 3 to 4 times as much as this one. It has a beautiful velvety rubberized texture that never feels cold in your hand, or slippery. One note to new users of adjustable canes: to adjust, turn the second gold ring clockwise and pull or push the lower part of the cane in or out. Then turn the second gold ring counter clockwise to tighten the cane up. Tightening the second ring will eliminate rattling noises, but even if you dont do that, the cane will remain extended. Very nice price on this cane and Palm Handle feels wonderful. I am ordering a second one soon, that's how much I like it.

Noisy clicking sound with every step.
I find it is high quality and the handle is very comfortable but the clicking sound with every step is maddening. Other canes that I have used just need tightening at the junction to eliminate the unwanted sound. Please advise if there is a way to eliminate the clicking sound.
