Woodpeckers SF-36SINGLE Single Offset Router Table Fence - 36 inch

After reading tons of reviews, I decided to go with the Woodpecker fence as I love their tools already. Well, no surprise, it's beautifully designed, and built like a tank! It is easy to control and manipulate, and I look forward to getting the micro-adjuster. It's easy to substitute in sacrificial fences and as a bonus, it looks great on the router table. I tried thinking of any critiques that I would have, but after a month of use, none have popped up yet.

I have many Woodpecks, products in my shop, and they are incredibly solid products, and American made. My only problem with Woodpecks is there product assembles are sometimes a little more complicated than they have to be. I would recommend this fence, and I also ordered the matching table, coping sled, and router lift.

I bought this to upgrade my 30 year old router table and fence and have been impressed with the fit and finish of this fence. It has features that make this perfect for my Guitar building business. I have been impressed with the quality of the fence as it was obviously designed by woodworkers so I bought their router table as an afterthought.The only con would be the assembly directions are only so so but not a deal breaker and there are video's that walk you through it if you hate to read instruction's.

Everything on this fence is adjustable, this makes the accuracy excellent. When I first ordered it I thought I was paying a bit much, but once I got it installed I felt I got a great value.The one caveat that I have is that the installation instruction are not bad, but definitely not great. I feel a product this good deserves better.

I have a Woodpecker Router Lift that I have used almost everyday for the last 13 years without any problems. Always stays at the set height with no variation. I have also purchase many other Woodpecker tools over the years and they have all been high quality and never a problem with accuracy or longevity. I recently purchase their Single Offset Super Fence, I am very please with the material used, precision and adjust-ability and surprised with the heavy weight. Very stable and dead on alignments.

Built like a brick S-house. I was going to make one my self from extruded aluminum, but I couldn't duplicate this for the price. Nowhere close . Nice and heave and BIG. And I'm kinda anal about squareness so I like I can adjust this in micro amounts if, for some reason, it's not square to my table top. Real happy with it.

I started making some new raised panel doors for my kitchen using a basic setup. While it was doable with a Rockler fence and some creativity clamping subfences and shifting bricks to try to keep even pressure. The woodpecker fence simplifies the setup since it easily surrounds the required 3 1/2” bit. Now I can quickly setup and run panels cleanly.

Received with damaged chip guard but packing was good overall.. Woodpeckers responded quickly to my issue sent a new guard within a week. I am very satisfied to have a quality fence.
