I have just left a seller review, because Andy has been amazing.Really quickly after my order was placed, I received an email asking me to check the proofs to ensure the wording was how I wanted it and to check for mistakes. This alone impressed me as I needed to buy plaques to cover a one digit mistakes on a plaque attached to a memorial vase for a grave. I put my dad's age and not his year of birth. If the other company, had offered this service, my mistake would have been spotted and corrected.In the end that mistake turned out to be the best thing I did. These metals plaques are 1000% better than the thin one which came with the memorial vase. Both plaques are solid metal, I could add more wording and they will look amazing and last longer.Worth every penny for the amazing customer service alone. As my order was dispatched within 24 hours by 24 hour tracked royal mail. The only delay was the royal mail and the order still got to me a day before the earliest estimate date.

So pleased with this perfectly sized plate to put on a bench outdoors. The plate is thick and robust and looks like it will last forever. I ordered pre drilled and arrived with screws and fitting instructions. The engraving is very crisp, clear, and deep, not the sort to polish off or wear quickly. A template image was sent before completing the order so it was possible to visualise how it would look, the service was quick and efficient. If you are wanting a long lasting, well made, quality plate I recommend this 100%.
