Exercises for your arms and shoulders
I was told I have Rotary Cuff Tendernistis. My Occupational Therapist suggested that I buy this to strengthen my shoulder. My Physical Therapist is having me do exercises with it. So its good for what its intended for. Make sure you are told how to use it from a professional if you have an health issue. I was told to do the exercises slow not fast to keep from further injuries. So be careful!

Great for PT recovery for Shoulder Surgery
It was recommend by Physical Therapy after shoulder surgery to purchase a pully for PT at home. This was easy to operate, fits on any door, and can adjust as the range of shoulder movement increase. Highly recommend.

Easy to Use
This is a simple device that was prescribed by my doctor to increase mobility of my shoulder due to an injury. There is no resistance width this device and I think it is best used under the advice of a doctor. I felt it was expensive for what it is but it is something I have to use to improve my condition.
