After reading reviews of all vacuums, I decided they all are hit and miss so I went the cheapest with good reviews. This guy-doesn’t get stuck, back up slightly and turns slightly to get out of any small area-sucked up a full pen-seems fairly smart with rows-is thin and gets under my stove and dresser, (not that I am fat shaming other vacuums. You be you.)-has a remote where you can direct it to go over spots it’s missed-super easy to clean and let’s you take out roller brush and spinny brushes easily to get out hair-took less than 5 minutes to assemble and start-found his base first try-has a pleasant light vacuum sound and slows down when encountering an obstacles as it not bang in to stuff. I enjoy being in the room.I haven’t looked into app features but happy with him so far. You don’t have to use advance app technology for him to work so I would suggest this is a good machine for non-techies.I still go over with a large dust mop because it’s easier than relying on smart-programming and using the remote to cover every inch. However, that just takes a second. For my purposes, he is doing his job. I thought the floor was clean and there is a bin full of stuff he finds in each room. Hope this helps!

This is the first ever robot vacuum I've had and I was worried due to some around this price point not doing to good a job from other reviews.Pros-----Out of the box it was pretty simple to set up and connect to the wifi. My hand is about the size of a note 9 for reference. It took multiple runs to get it to not hit everything so much, feels like its learning. It sucked up cat hair and dirt I didnt know was in the living room. It maps out live time on the app as it cleans which I thought was neat. I have it set up in my alexa routines to clean at 6:30pm so I come home to a clean floor.Cons---------Sometimes it would get confused trying to go back and charge by the time its in the bathroom and follow the wall to get out. It doesnt do well with my speaker stands as it tries to go over the base and fights doing it until it gives up and leaves. Pulled over a speaker once doing this. I hate the limitations with alexa. It can start up or turn off which is the only commands, but you can't tell it to go charge which suckssince it can only be done by remote or app. While the map in the app is handy, I wish I could save it so it would remember my apartment layout better.Verdict-----------For what you get it isnt half bad and it does what its suppose to. Suction is good and keeps house clean while I'm away. Just wished it were better at finding the base, had more app features, and had more alexa commands. The features and practical use does outweigh the cons so I'd say buy it.

This vacuum is fantastic. After a few tweaks. We had another one before that was similar (eufy) but it didn’t have the iPhone wireless control option. And this one is way smarter. The smart clean mode is really an advancement. I can see what it’s up to from anywhere on my iPhone. Here are a couple keys to success. As you may not have a good experience without these notes!!!! 1. The oil seems to run out of the gear boxes and moving parts. That oil attracts dirt. The dirt makes the little sensors and digital “eyes” not function properly! Symptom was it would run fine then stop in middle of the room. Simply remove the front black and white roller ball wheel and clean out the greasy residue and dirt, hairs, etc built up on the eye and sensor under the ball. Easy. 2. Upgrade to the latest firm ware. Once this is done per the iPhone app (it’s really slick), all is good. I waited months to write this review to ensure that the unit wouldn’t die on me prematurely. Steps one and two were done exactly 32 days into ownership. Just past amazon return window. Worth noting that the tesvor support via email was great and would respond within the next day. I also attribute success from ensuring frequent cleaning of the sweepers, beater bar and dust bin with a larger shop vac. Makes a huge difference to keep up on it. We set ours to run everyday at 2pm. When it starts going the kids and mom jump into action to get the house ready and ensure no small toy or obstacle will create an issue.

Update March 2020: it stopped working already. It won’t charge. Pile of garbage, avoid this. This is my 2nd one in less than a year.I’m not a messy person but overtime, crumbs and dust build up on hardwood floors. I got sick of it so I bought a stick vacuum. Then I got sick of running that. So I decided on a robot vacuum to sweep while I’m away and come home to clean floors!Super easy to setup. Not very loud, which is great. Sleek and cool looking, can fit under stuff. It only got stuck a few times but it was pretty obvious on why. I bought magnetic strips to set barriers. Scheduling cleaning is super easy.10/10 would recommend.
