Works well
I've already used this on crafts. The saw worked better than it appeared that it would because the teeth are so small you can hardly see them. It's good for small items which is what I bought and used it for. Positive experience.

Unbelievably sharp and precise
I am using this for all those tiny cuts that I used to do with way too big or a saw or without a miter box. Things like 1/4 inch dowels and tiny pieces of trim and picture frames. The saw is incredibly sharp and thin but is still nice and rigid. The box has a clever design that keeps it in place against a table edge when you push the saw.Overall a fantastic value for the price and made in the USA!

Mini Mitre for Mini jobs, it works!
I got these to work with miniatures. The mitre box is perfect however it requires patience, it is small and difficult to attach to a work surface due to it's size. We ended up having to buy small clamps to hold it down while you are making your cuts. I agree with other reviewers about the blade that come with it isn't great. When you are working with miniatures, your blade needs to be RIGHT, you don't have any room for fudge factors in mini's. I ordered a set of Zona blades here on Amazon and now I"m all set with amazing blades and a pretty neat little Mitre box.Gave it 4 stars due to the blade it comes with.

PAY ATTENTION WHEN ORDERING!!!
I did not pay close enough attention when I ordered this—this is a TINY mitre box for use with an exacto knife, for crafts. This is NOT for use with a regular sized wood or hack saw. If you are purchasing it for its intended purpose (crafts), it is well made and very handy! It is 1 5/8 inches wide by 5 1/8 inch long. It has grooves for cutting 45 and 90 degree angles. It does not have a groove for cutting 22.5 degree angles.I do recommend this well-made mitre box for very tiny work in hobbies and crafts. But you could do just as well (or better) with a regular $10 plastic mitre box (which also comes with a saw) that you can purchase at your local home improvement store with the initials HD.I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases because I read reviews myself and appreciate how helpful they can be. I hope that my review helped you!

Ok but not great
It’s ok for the price, the blade seems a little weak for cutting wood other than bass or balsa. Cuts seem to drift a little. To hold the wood down I used a C-clamp to keep it tight.

They work just like they should
I put these to a hard task by cutting through some oak pieces in a pinch. I was no problem getting a good straight cut. They work just like they should.

Major product oversights
Four Major quality and product function flaws.- Blades/supports extremely flimsy. Soft metals bend to the touch without pressure.- Handle is hollow cheap plastic that is to small for an average adult hand to use properly.- Fastening the blade to the handle will strip out the threads easily after a few uses. To secure the saw blade in place you have to almost strip it out to keep it from disengaging.- Miter box dimensions are too small (limiting), might have aluminum burs and shavings like mine did. Miter Box looked like someone had sanded the smooth flat larger finished ends because it was scratched all over in the finish. (Extremely poor workmanship). My overall review of this particular product, China garbage.. Bought this tool thinking made in the USA, could be a little better quality than our Chinese counterparts. Turns out not all US companies have quality control standards they have to meet.I found a way better quality/functioning hobby saw/miter box on Wish and for less. That alone speaks volumes. Rated and gave a review for the Wish hobby saw/miter box, 4 out of 5 stars. Normally their sellers are trying to peddle this cheaply made and overpriced garbage.Do not purchase this saw if you are an adult with average or larger hands, want to use product more than just a couple of times, want to cut anything else besides paper or balsa wood or want to obtain a decent quality hobby tool. Hope this review helps others make more informed purchasing decisions.
