Please repair or replace machine
This is inform to you that I have received the "Medgears 5 in one combo unit" today.But Ultrasonic unit not working.Please send a representative or technician at our house in urgent basis to check the machine if problem found then repair or replace the machine.Thanks and regards,Tarun Kumar Dey.

Hopeless product don't waste money
In this machine only ultrasound and IFT is usefulRest is useless and the customer care service is so hopeless they don't even reply to your msgs or pick your call once the product is delivered for further help. My SWD pads are also burnt in single use and customer care person said we will deliver you new pads but 8monthw are over now they don't even pick my phone
