Had to return and reorder - second set fine
Ordered these to cover up randomly placed wall hooks left by previous occupant. Unfortunately when they arrived the hanger on the back of one of them fell off immediately and could not be reattached, so I had to send them back - a shame as otherwise they were undamaged. The return and refund process was easy, though there were few local options for places to drop them off at. Decided to take a chance and order a replacement set as I hoped they'd look great on the blue wall I wanted them for. This time they arrived in good condition, with all hangers properly attached, so I'm pleased with them. I've given 4 stars because of the faulty first set.
