This is wonderful.
This little foot roller is wonderful! You can even put it in the freezer for even more pain relief. I used mine after ankle surgery. I saw something like this in physical therapy. It’s a wonderful thing! It feels so foot as you run the bottom of your foot over it. Relives pain, helps with circulation too. I only wish it were longer, because as you’re rolling it under your foot, it seems to “ get away” from you, and you have to keep replacing it. Other than that, yes, I highly recommend this item. I am happy with my purchase!

This is the roller to get.
This Theraband roller is just right: not too hard and not too soft (though temperature will affect it) to massage your feet and promote myofacial release. The subtle ridges help you dig into the deeper layers of your feet and break up tightness or knots. You control the pressure and intensity of the massage by the weight/force you apply to the roller. You control the area of the being foot treated by the position of your foot and the angle of the roller. Great tool for a satisfying toe stretch too.The Thermaband roller is as different as day from night compared to plastic rollers. I find it much easier to target problem areas with the Theraband. In my experience the plastic rollers are either too soft, too hard, or too broad to effectively penetrate the layers of my feet.Consistent use of a Theraband roller has helped my feet feel better.

Nice mini massage
I purchased this to add to my tools to help relieve my achilles pain and tightness. It definitely feels good, is easy to use, and helps to stretch out the tendons and muscles in the bottom of of the foot. I have tried to put it in the freezer after seeing other reviews that the using it cold provides extra relief but I dont feel it gets very cold and the little amount of cold it absorbs fades pretty fast. It is smaller than I thought from the picture, about the size of a hot dog bun in length, but it's fine for use on on the bottom of the foot. If you need something to throw on the floor and roll your foot around on to relieve foot tension, plantar fascitis, or achilles pain, this is a nice little tool to have on hand. You can use it at home or throw it under your desk at work or wherever and get a little foot pain relief at any time.

Worth every penny! So helpful for arch pain, ankle/knee pain from misalignment
For context, I have chronic foot issues from a combo of high arches and Haglund's deformity from years of dancing and running. I have to be very careful about shoes, or else I get painful blistering that makes it difficult to walk as much as I need to in my daily life (I have to walk quite a lot). Often I end up wearing open-backed shoes or sandals that while allow my blisters to heal, aggravates my arches and throws off my alignment, leaving walking painful for a day or two, to several weeks. Needless to say, it's very annoying and impractical when I have a flare up.Recently, I decided that I had had enough of just toughing it out each time, and started looking into things I could do to help prevent these muscle strains/misalignment issues, and came across this roller.I wasn't sure if it would really make that much of a difference, but for me, I went from having foot and ankle pain that left me nearly limping, to being able to walk on it without pain in a couple of days.I like to roll my arches slowly for about five minutes on each foot-sometimes sitting, sometimes standing, depending on how much weight I want to put on it/how sensitive it is that day. Also, worth note, one of my relatives who suffers from foot/nerve pain in her feet from chemo radiation tried it out and immediately purchased one of her own because she liked it so much. All in all, if you deal with chronic foot pain from high arches, Haglunds, etc., or just really like a deep foot massage, I would recommend giving this a go!

Foot roller
Bought this to do therapy at home after an injury. Really puts a nice massage on the bottom of the foot. Nice and sturdy.

Good
Nice foot roller. I bought this after making a career switch where I went from sitting all day to being on my feet constantly. It does the trick for the price and seems well made with good quality, firm rubber. I do feel some relief using it. Obviously it won't take away all of your foot pain like magic but it does provide temporary relief and a good massage. I have flat feet and no natural arch.

Acceptable
I have developed Plantar Fasciistis for the second time and decided to give the roller a try. The roller is fine but not quite wide enough for my foot which results in the roller coming away from the foot after a few rolls. The roller can also be frozen and then used on the foot. However, I found that the cold temperature did not last long and that the roller did not get particularly cold in the first place, despite having been left in my freezer overnight. Anyway, each person is different and I hope that the roller works better for others. Ultimately, I decided to see my orthopedist who recommended a pair of custom made orthotics. I was hesitant, given the cost, but have now had my orthotics for two weeks and am extremely pleased.

Perfect
This one is perfect and helps with achy feet from Plantar F. It’s not a hard plastic that hurts your foot. Highly recommend.
