Mea culpa. I didn't read carefully enough; instead of capsules, these were gummies. And by the time they were delivered at about 4 p.m., the 100+ degree heat had turned the bottle into one, big, unusable blob. I'm not asking for a refund because this was no one's fault but my own (I've lived on the desert a LONG time). But make sure whatever you order can hold up to the weather where you live.

I had an allergic reaction to an ingredient in this product. My tongue turned numb and I don’t feel good. I also have a tingling sensation in my ears . Be careful taking over the counter products that you do not research or speak to a medical doctor first.
