Great item
Fantastic item. Ful functions on sons Polo. Some functions on other family cars - Disco 3, 635 BMW and Mini Cooper. Only complaint is excessive password complexity requirements - impossible to remember - needs entered a lot - lots of 'forgotten password' / resets needed....

Not much use.
Disappointing. What you get doesn't match up with the marketing blurb. I just wanted to reset the service inspection reminder. My understanding was that you could access the appropriate app and then pay a small amount to get the credits necessary to perform the reset. Not so, once you attempt to choose the app it invites you to upgrade to the Pro version. You can read any fault codes that are present but anything else seems to be through a paywall. No good to ke so I returned it.

Works as advertised
The reader is good, the software is also good, but a little on the expensive side if you want the pro version

Not Your Average "Plug It In and Push a Button" Scanner
If you just want to check why your dash is glowing like a Christmas tree and then clear the codes—this isn’t the tool for you.OBDeleven dives *way* deeper than that. Think of it less like a basic first-aid kit, and more like full-blown surgery with a scalpel, microscope, and maybe a few “are you sure you want to do this?” pop-ups.With the **Ultimate** subscription, you basically get a year-long backstage pass to your car’s brain. You can tweak, diagnose, customise, and possibly make your car do things you didn’t even know it could (legally, of course). Friends and family will suddenly think you’re some kind of wizard/mechanic hybrid. Why only 4 stars? Because for first-timers—like I was—it’s a bit of a “what does *that* button do?” learning curve. Once you get the hang of it though, it’s a solid 5-star product. But my review is aimed at the fresh-out-the-box crowd, not the seasoned code warriors.Bottom line: Powerful, flexible, and slightly addictive… just be prepared to learn your way around before you start poking at settings.

Convenient OBD2 reader with issues and questionable use
I was first interested in finding an OBDII scanner due to a "fault" found during a routine service and where they wanted to charge up to £120 for a diagnostics check I decided to take it into my own hands and get this. If you're not urgently looking for a scanner, then look on OBDeleven's website since they usually have various offers (right now they have the 11.11 and a winter sale).I went for the basic model and at the time of purchase you were able to get free credits from watching ads. That has now been stopped and the only way to get credits is by buying them. The credits are used when performing "One-Click Apps", something I've not needed to do or might make your vehicle illegal to drive (such as activating Video in Motion).Anyway I was able to connect to my car and clear the "fault" and saved myself some money. However you'll need a good internet connection and sometimes it takes a while for the dongle to communicate with the app. You may also get false faults flagging up if you try and scan with the engine on, so be sure to only scan when the ignition is on.But now having cleared the fault, I've realised that it has really basic features and to do anything else other than to read/clear faults, you'll need to pay for the functions/features.Now if you want to use more advanced features like coding or adaptation, you'll need to purchase a subscription plan (Pro for £49.99 and Ultimate for £139.99) if you already have the dongle. This now makes the initial price seem less attractive, especially when these are only yearly subscriptions when there are other scanners that only require the one off purchase. It's worse now than before, when at a time you were able to buy a "lifetime" subscription and not pay anything more.So do I regret buying this? Yes and no. It did what I needed it to do but the basic functions really limit its future potential and the additional costs to unlock advanced features make it less attractive. It's a shame they removed the ability to get free credits but I imagine they faced legal issues.

good to read error codes, app is easy to use , useful to check your Audi car
I'm using this device only to read and clear error codes. I'm not interested in paid features like adaptations or customization... For Audi A5 convertible OBD eleven is capable of reading convertible roof errors which is very useful and why I bought this device. Diagnostics is way more detailed compared to the handheld ODB2 reader I bought for 20 pounds. App is well designed and easy to use. I can recommend this device.

Amazing 🤩
I have tried so many of these OBD2 scanners and none of them worked. I have a 2011 Passat TDI and had a airbag light on my bash and all it needed always clearing and none of the others that I tried even saw I had a airbag light fault but this one found the fault and cleared it perfectly. You can do so much with this it's amazing this is definitely a keeper!!! If you have a VAG group car this is the one!!!
