My daughter is using this for her American Girl doll. She loves that it comes with a little bed (since she hasn't received the A.G. doll bed yet) and has it set up on the floor next to her own bed so her doll can sleep next to her! She loads it up with outfits to take along (even when we go visiting just during the day). We haven't had any issue with the sturdiness of the bed yet. The bed support fits perfectly - which allows for the "frame" to provide extra support. As long as you aren't overloading it with heavy items, I can't imagine it would be an issue!Since there isn't a divider between the doll and the rest of the stuff inside, I use the blanket that came with it to cover the doll before closing to add a little more protection (since we also take the doll's brush along). We haven't had any issues with the zipper (it seems pretty heavy duty to me) and I like that you can carry from the top (to keep the doll standing) or from the side (so the doll is laying down, which is great for my 5 year old daughter to carry!)I was surprised at how roomy it is inside too! We are able to put the doll and her dog in the velcro strap. The travel bed is in there too & the doll's brush, at least 2 pairs of shoes, 4 outfits and accessories. There was plenty of room left too! Very happy with this purchase! I am tempted to purchase one for my retired American Girl doll since I know my daughter and I will be making a trip to the AG store soon enough :-)

I purchased 2 for each of my granddaughters who will receive American Girl dolls this Christmas. I opened them to inspect and was impressed with the ingenuity of the design- very functional and cute.

We gave my stepdaughter an 18 inch doll for Christmas and wanted her to be able to carry it and accessories back and forth with ease, so we got this bag as well. It certainly fits the bill for us - it protects her doll and has the bonus pockets with which she can bring outfits and accessories as well. It also comes with a travel bed.The fabric is thick and has held up thus far to going back and forth. There is a window to protect the dolls face but still allow her to "see" out. There are quite a few pockets - one to hold the bed and then a flap with more pockets. We use the flap to hold all her dresses & shoes and such.The bed as been interesting for us - it is nice to have a travel bed so we don't need bulky furniture, but it does not fit together well the way they have it photographed above. We're just flipping it over, which looks a little weird, but it works. I didn't buy this because of the bed, so I'm okay that it isn't perfect.Overall this works well for its purpose - safe case to travel with and it has plenty of room for accessories.This was a personal purchase at the current retail price.

My daughter loves this doll case! It comes with a foldable bed and blanket and space for extra doll accessories. The window in front helps identify which doll is inside, and the card holder on the front is perfect to label with your daughter's name and/or the name of her doll. The case is sturdy, and the handles seem to be sturdy as well. We have not had any issues with the stitching or zipper. The quality of this product cannot compare to cases available at Target...it just seems to be a tougher product able to withstand child play better. Can't beat the price when it's on sale (we bought it for $23.49).
