A little pricey. But really nice kit. Cart is back up and steering very nicely now.

good tight fit, installed fairly easy on my 99 club car ds, the only improvement would be to include nylok nuts instead of nuts and lock washers on the included bolts.

Item was missing two bushings. I was able to use the old ones that were still in good condition.

I used this kit on a 1988 Club Car. The kit say's its for 1993 and up models. All the black rubber leaf spring/shackle bushings, sleeves, and bolts fit perfectly front and back. The king pins fit perfectly. The kit comes with new bronze spindle bushings that press in, but both of the top bushings fit too loosly and would not stay inplace so I reused the two old bushings on the top. Thrust bearing and wave washers fit and work perfectly. The kit also comes with two new delta upper clevis's. Note: One hole in each clevis must be drilled a litte larger to except the older models clevis/A-plate bolts.The blue urethane bushings that are for the A-plates on the 1993 and up models, I used instead to replace the rotted out shock bushings on my 1988 model. You must trim the bushings and the sleeves down about 1/2 inch for them to fit.At the end of the day, every part in this kit can be used, but some sleeves and bushings will need to be slightly modified.

Excellent kit. Everything needed to repair my 2003 Club Car DS steering and suspension. Good quality.

It all fit my CC DS perfectly, nice and tight tolerances. If it lasts a couple years then I'll be happy to purchase again.

I bought this for a 2000 Club Car DS. There are a lot more bushings here than I needed and I am happy with them. I did find some of the bolts to be too long, so reused originals. I also had to reuse a original sleeve that holds the A-arm. I felt like a lot of the sleeves were longer than the originals. The king pins were nice, but I had to reuse the top portion. I was able to mix and match and it turned out really nice. I guess I was just not planning on reusing some of my original equipment. That is the only reason for a couple stars off. I am assuming the kit is made to fit multiple different types of DS or even golf carts in general, and I would say for that reason it may be worth buying. Most of the parts I had to reuse were fine to reuse, it just came down to the principle I was reusing parts that wouldn't fit with the kit I bought.

It is not a cakewalk to install. The diagrams are very helpful. Several things to note: 1. The thrust washer goes at the bottom of the spidle (kind of hard to see in the diagram). and 2" To help you put the bearings in (#3 and #4) I used Spray duster upside down to freeze the bearing and they basically just slipped in with a minor tap from a plastic hammer. And 3 do one side at a time so you have a reference.Great product! Excellent quality!
