I have a 19 year old cat who has arthritis and became incontinent. This makes it so easy, since disposable pee pads just caught and ripped. She lays on these, does her thing, then I machine wash them every 24 hours.Do not put these in the dryer. They have a backing that will warp with heat. Do not use hot water in the washer. Use cold. Once washed, pull and tug them straight. Then hang them to dry overnight. I bought two sets, and they have saved our carpet and furniture.Our aging cat is still alert, eating, and drinking. She still wants love. So these pads allow her to stay with us instead of putting her to sleep too soon. An aging, incontinent pet still needs care and love. Get these for your senior pets. They are worth every penny.

8-6-21 Update. Seller sent replacements and explained they are aware of this issue so basically you need to wash in delicate / low heat. Not sure how clean that will make the last but we will see. In all fairness I wanted to update the cooperation of the seller to make it right. I’m updating my rating for the time being simply based on seller response rather than product. Once I need to wash this, I will and will update further.Original review - Washed one of the blankets once and now it’s messed up like it’s uneven inside and won’t lay flat. Kind of useless if you can’t even wash it…

We have a 14 year old dog who is getting to the point he can't hold it when he has to go potty while we're at work. He was going to the bathroom on every throw rug in the house, which was not ideal. I purchased these in the hopes he would use them instead. We placed them on top of the throw rugs to get him used to using these pads. He now uses them rather than the throw rugs.They are amazingly absorbent, even when there's a lot of pee. They can be tossed in the washer, then hung on the line to dry. DO NOT put them in the dryer, it will compromise the lining. I ended up buying two sets in the event he has an accident, that way there's a backup for when the other set is drying.

These are perfect little pads for puppy-training and beyond. We used them for inside a crate-like border we set up in our kitchen for our puppy back in September. We put two side by side and a little crate bed at the end...all surrounded and it was a great place for puppy to be in the center of all the action but also safely contained if we needed to step away while she was training.She ate her food and drank her water in there and these mats kept the water/mess from going into the tile floor/grout due to the waterproof backing. She also enjoyed just laying on them inside that crate. If she were to ever have had an "accident" I didn't want to clean up, I would have felt no guilt in just tossing since I have four of them and they were priced so well...but thankfully we never needed to do that. They wash and dry perfectly and now at 7 months she still uses them beneath her food because they help me to keep things clean. I like the material too because the [Retriever] hair that she sheds comes off easily with a lint roller or in the dryer vent after washing.

These are a nice size. The construction of these pads appear well made. They are water proof and hold a good deal of urine. My complaint is that they hold the smell even after washing. I always prewash the pads and than wash them and my other ones from a different company do not smell when removed from the washer. These still smell. I have soaked them in peroxide and hang them outside to get out.some of the odor. I can still smell it. I would not buy them again for this reason alone. Otherwise they are really well made and I think will hold up to many washings.

I ordered a 2 pack of these " Washable Pee Pads for Dogs 35'' x 32’’ Waterproof Large Potty Training Pads" to use under/around cat's litter box due to 2 elderly cats who sometimes refuse/won't/can't climb into low-sided litter boxes. These are perfect! The make cleaning up after my elderly felines a breeze. On occasion we have had a little leak through, but that is not usually the case. These are machine washable and have held up well to repeat washings. They are NOT machine driable per the instructions, so I have not tried machine drying them. But, they do try quick hanging out on the back patio. We started out with the original 2 pack and have ordered 3 more 2 packs since then. I would highly recommend this product.

I’ve had these since June and they were great at first but after a couple washes the insides are all stuck together and will no longer lay flat. They're a nice looking pee pad and seemed like they’d last for a while but I guess not. Pretty disappointed.

Always Leary when I buy new pee pads as I’ve had a few that leaked right through. That is not the case with these. I have an older dog who likes to stay in the bedroom and sleep the day away. She will get up occasionally to pee so I keep a pad in the room with her. This pad stands up to multiple uses without leaking and absorbs odor as well. Very pleased with this product!

Amazing!I bought this with the intention of using it for my new puppy as a reusable puppy pad.... however once we brought her home I quickly realised that we didn’t need it for this purpose.I have 7 children aged between 19-4 with a 4 year old who sometimes wets the bed.So as a precaution I put a mat under the bed incase he happened to fall asleep and have an accident.I can quite honestly say this product is amazing!Tonight he wet the bed, epically.... not a single drop went through to the protector sheet or the mattress!!If you are ever in doubt about how this product will work be assured that this is an honest review from a mother who has tried many many many protectors over the years. This one works!! It actually does what it says.So thank you for this amazing product that has saved my mattress from having to be replaced due to wet beds you may have just saved my sanity!!

Great size but when washed the top layer shrinks leaving the bottom layer sagging. I was looking for something that would be easy to use and wash repeatedly but the mats when dried in the tumble drier no longer lay flat so a bit useless. It says air dry but that's not easy in winter. Wouldn't recommend as not convenient to use.

We have a litter of puppies & I bought two of these so that they could absorb anything which the mum didn’t clean up. For a one time use they’re fine, but because they will contain puppy fluids which need to be washed at 90 degrees, this mat is useless. The inner thin plastic waterproof piece shrivels up significantly and sticks together in a tight wad on a high heat wash. I had to make a small slit in the fabric to cut the plastic out. This then rendered the pad more than useless because not only was any floor not protected from moisture, but the damp seemed to spread over the entire pad, making the whole thing damp and unusable for our pups.

So disappointed with these. I bought to line my guinea pig cage but the first time I washed then they have shrunk, so I will now have to buy some others as I obviously need a specific size. There was no washing label so I washed at 40 degrees which doesn’t seem unreasonable for a product which is meant to retain wee. I’d be glad to hear from the seller and update review based on their response!

Excellent until washed and dried in dryer when all layers become different sizes . Almost unusable now . So disappointed as was great idea as I don't want to use disposable puppy pads . The next one I will dry flat and see if any better but never saw any instructions to say don't tumble dry .
