from the day she bought this brand till today i dont regret to buy it

After using this for 18 months without any issues, small problems started popping up like door button malfunction, turntable not working, weakened bulb.But it was all covered and fixed for free under warranty of 2 years. but I'm worried about this product fixing cost after 2 year period.my panasonic never had an issue for 12 years.

we searched a microwave not too expensive and we found this model really good value for money

Extremely Disappointed with Nikai Microwave and ServiceI purchased a Nikai microwave oven (900W model) from Amazon on February 26th. From the beginning, most functions didn't work properly - only the grill function was operational. Following the company's instructions, I sent the unit to their workshop on March 7th.On March 8th, they messaged me that they would process a replacement. The replacement unit finally arrived at their office on March 13th, but they sent the wrong model - an 800W unit instead of the 900W model I had purchased.When I informed them about this mistake, their representative said they needed to confirm with their office in Dubai and would send a new unit. It's now been over a week, and I still haven't received the correct replacement.This entire experience has been extremely frustrating - defective initial product, slow replacement process, incorrect replacement unit, and now more delays with no resolution in sight. I would strongly advise against purchasing Nikai products based on both product quality and customer service issues

Visually it’s a little darker than in the product images, but it’s nice.Works well, it’s strong and easy to clean. Only wish I could turn off the beep
