Legs are installed easily and screen seems to be durable enough so far!
As the reviewers have described, putting the legs on can be a bit tricky due to the simple fact that they do indeed insert in at a slight angle (you can clearly see this angle from the advertised photos of the tripods) also I might add, that they don't necessarily screw completely into the fittings. That's what the washer/nuts are for. So like with 1 out of the rest, it didn't quite seem to screw in as far as the others which led me to a frustrating 20 mins of fussing with it until just trying it as far as I had gotten it and tighting the nut over it and it was completely fine, sturdy and stable! So don't over think/fuss/worry about installing the legs. You can do it I promise you. If a newly 28 yr old lady with very little tool experience and brand new to the jewlery making world can figure it out in under 40 mins, believe me you can too!! Other then that the mesh screen so far has held up well, seems a bit too thin for what I'll putting it through (soldering mostly high heat needing copper jewlery) but then again it hasn't melted or warped anything like that yet a d I've solder a couple small bezels and those to backplates with no issues at all. So hope this helps! BTW you can buy a heavy duty screen as well sepreratly if you're worried about the one it comes with, also if I had some steel binding wire I would advise fastening the screen to the legs some how if you're a klutz like I happen to be! Because it's not secured what so ever, therefore making it very easy to topple over!

Nice stand but screen is already falling apart
Only have had for a few weeks

It'll certainly get the job done.
The stand is nice and sturdy. The legs screw in very tight, and it has withstood a few months of rigorous use at the time of writing. The mesh screen is less impressive. It has discolored from the heat of the flame, the weave is uneven and leaves several large holes in the working area, and it gives off a foul smell when used. Overall, this tool gets the job done at the cost of some comfort.

Defective thread. Should have read teviews
I am not the first one. One of the rods has threads that do not Spiral. It will not go in any of the 3 holes. Enough people have said the same thing that I'm just going to return for a refund. Apparently, they are selling a defective batch.
