I’m a female, about 5’6” 190 lbs and I got the medium Pinnacle which fits perfectly. I have honestly never had a more comfortable vest and I’ve had the other brands - Salomon, ultimate direction, etc. I love the water bottles with the straws, the zipper pockets and the slip pockets in the back. The material is so soft it feels like a t shirt and it’s so lightweight. When adding a bladder, there’s good balance in weight between the front and back and as long as you push the air out of the bladder, there’s not much sloshing.I was down to the osprey duro 6, Salomon adv skin 5 or Nathan Pinnacle 4L and I’m sooooo glad I went with the Nathan!! 5 star product.

I was a little nervous after putting it on after it was delivered and how tight it felt, but once I took it out running it was perfect. Fits nice and snug and doesn't move or bounce at all when running the trails. I was right on the border of a small and medium when I measured and went with the small and I think I made the right choice. I'm just under 6ft and 180lbs.

Light weight and comfortable. It has plenty of storage for the essentials of a long run.

I absolutely love this hydration vest. I'm 5'7", 175 lbs with a 42.5 inch chest. After reading reviews I decided to follow the suggestion to order a size smaller so I bought a medium. It was a good decision. It seemed tight at first but as it got sweaty it loosed up and I had to cinch it down tighter. I can't stand anything bouncing around and after a few miles I hardly noticed I was wearing it.

I'm 6'2" and 215lbs and I got the large at first, then switched to the XL, which fit much better. Upon using it, I thought it was making me sweat a lot more than usual, which kind of made sense to me because it does wrap a lot of the body. Then, one day, I prefilled the water bottles and put them in the fridge and the next morning, there was a small puddle of water under one of the bottles. It turns out, I wasn't really sweating that much more, it was just that one of the bottles had a pin-hole leak in it. Very disappointing, especially given how expensive this vest is. Wrapped the leaky bottle in a plastic bag and at least I don't get wet while I run.

This vest exceeded my expectations. No chafing, plenty of water and endurance drink available in the 20 oz soft bottles. Storage is really good too. Great vest for distance running.

Fits great as I expected. Get one size bigger.
