I had a battery issue after using it for 4 months but I received battery replacement immediately. Very good service. Value for money

Waste of money
Battery backup is too low. I have connected 2 device only. little difficult to understand Led
The battery not good within three months it’s spoiled. The LED is not useful.

WR04 cute little device do wonders!
First thing First. Description in title and Video provided at side are bit of misleading!Thanks to Amazon community, they helped me on item description.I bought WR04. I am very happy with this little device!1. I tested both Airtel and Jio SIM card and both worked fine.2. After inserting SIM and power on WIFI , I simultaneously tested WIFI on my laptop ( browsing ) and on Samsung TAB (youtube.com). In both case it gave very reliable results.3. I also connected to my Laptop with provided cable. In this case, Laptop recognized device as LAN connection.Over all , its very good device and worth of money. Specially one can bypass issue of mobile hotspot and battery draining. This is best choice for personal use as well as if you want to browse net on may different devices.

Not good in terms of SPEED
Signal strength is weak, because with same sim card mobile shows speed of more than 12 Mbps & when I use the same sim card at same location in coconut WiFi, it shows 4 Mbps speed only.Today I received the device and it's not as per my expectations for Work From Home.

Battery bulging issues
The media could not be loaded. Used for 2 months with out any problem. It stopped charging after that and when I checked the battery I found it was dangerously bulged. I contacted Heera Communications and they responded and promised me a new battery. In reviews I am seeing similar complaints. My worry now is even if they send a replacement battery which is poor quality chinese, It may have same problem and may also result in the battery blast or fire. So I think the battery quality is bad but the equipment is ok.

Sub standard quality product.
Poor quality product.Net working Speed is very poor.could not cross 2 or 3 mobs upload and download speed.I tried with airtel and jio sims.in both the Sims very poor net working.I am residing in prime location having very good net work coverage.In the order page of Amazon,clearly mentioned eligible for return.But when I tried to return,only replacement was allowed.I am wondering,how Amazon is changing the agreed selling terms.Very poor quality product and not worth to buy.
