Difficult to assemble
Instructions were difficult to follow. Not all required pieces were included. I had to take the instructions to my local True Value Hardware Store to get help and purchase missing pieces

Junk/ cheap quality/seller doesn’t back item
This item is a piece of junk. When I received it, it was dented and drawers wouldn’t even open. I contacted seller and I was asked to pay 300 dollars to ship it back when it only cost the seller 79 dollars to ship it to me. Terrible customer service. I also did a dispute through Amazon a to z and was denied that. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing this is to go to Lowe’s, Home Depot or Walmart and see what you are purchasing. Amazon and this seller were terrible to work with.

Tall with room
For the money was a good deal .. holds all my tools and more easy to assemble.

I disliked a draw on top chest was bent. And the big door for bottom feel off and doesn't stay on

These are good for home use only.Not very sturdy. Not very deep.

Satisfied
Vendor, Seattle Prime, made good on product. Originally dissatisfied, however Seattle Prime refunded purchase. Very satisfied.

It's not what I expected
The box this tool box came in had several holes in it and the box itself has a large dent in the back of it. I'm not returning it because I didn't notice the dent until all my tools were loaded into it and at that point why bother. Very disappointing that fedex delivered it in that condition.
