Perfect for viewing an eclipse
The next solar eclipse is rapidly heading our way. You need glasses to see it properly.No, you can't just look up and squint. You'll burn your eyes out. No, your welding helmet isn't a great idea. It's heavy, bulky, and wasn't really designed for this application. It might not even be dark enough. Regular sunglasses definitely aren't. Yes, you're going to regret trying to use a pinhole to "see" the eclipse.These aren't much more than the one and two packs you see on here and you get 20 of them. You can hand them out to all your friends who forgot to order and be a real hero. Some of the designs are a little rowdy but you won't see them when you're wearing the glasses and everyone else is looking at the eclipse anyway -- and they're no more goofy than any other glasses you're going to find on here.They're also nearly the perfect tint. They were slightly lighter than all the other shades my friends brought. Which sounds bad, right? No. They are dark enough you can stare at the sun for as long as you like and not suffer any consequences. But they're light enough that you can still make out other details besides just the sun, like clouds around the sun. If the clouds slightly cover the sun, this becomes important real fast.In the end, these ended up being the glasses everyone at our eclipse party used. Just buy them, you won't regret it.

they worked as expected
I do wish eclipse glasses would stay on the face without two hands holding them in place, but alas that seems to be they way they all work.That said, we all made it through the 2024 eclipse without experiencing pain or blindness. Money well spent!
